We signed up for auto-ship as soon as we created the account. Our medication was not shipped. I had to call in and request the refill and they had no clue why the medication did not ship. They did not over night the medication nor tell us it takes 2 weeks for delivery! It was ten days late and they blamed us. Told us that it takes two weeks for delivery and we didn’t place the order until the 1st. But what they did do was withdraw the monthly membership on time. They are a scammers and we will not be using their service again. I would rather pay full price than be without medication. This is a health hazard and they could care less! I’ll be sending the BBB a review as well.

Goodrx.com is a Horrendous Business and Service
Horrendous business and service. I signed up for a visit and gold membership, so that I could receive a same day prescription. They advertise that you will receive an online medical consultation and same day prescription. Not the case at all; that is completely FALSE. I signed up at 1:00 pm and they sent me messages in a chat that I was waiting for a visit. When I sent them messages, they never responded. I sat there all day waiting and never heard back. My DL and personal information was submitted to them, for that visit. I was charged for a Gold membership/visit. Fast forward to the next day and this morning, when I spoke to customer service and she said that she had no idea when the medical consultant in my area would be available and she told me that I was in a queue and that she could not tell when I would actually have the visit. This is by far one of the worst experiences that I have ever had with a business, in my life. The fact that you would lie on your website and misrepresent the notion that you would merely sign up for a membership, get a visit that day and same day prescription and then never receive the visit, nor any messages, nor any information regarding what I PAID for is absolutely asinine. I also had to call and get them to remove my personal information as well and fill out a form online, because you know that it isn't actually going anywhere. I have not been to doctors in a really long time and I don't take medications, so the fact that I am in situation where I need something immediately and I trusted this online business is just what it is. But, anyone else that is in the same situation, be aware that they do not CARE at all.

I waited for md consult over 8 hours…
I waited for md consult over 8 hours w out being seen / starting at 1:30 pm on a weekday until 10:30 pm when I gave up . No one was able to give me wait times or communicate w me beyond telling me to wait . The phone told me I was “in the cue” . That is a long time when you really need a md apt . I could have gone to in person care or been seen by any other platform in that time. Refund will be 10-15 days since they charged me at 1:35 .

GoodRx does not save money anymore
GoodRx does not save money anymore. It became much more expensive than half an year ago. Now there are always two prices, the first one is a scam because you must become Gold RX and pay monthly fee. This United for Now country is falling apart

Thank you for reaching out. GoodRx coupons reflect pharmacy prices, which can fluctuate between new prescriptions and refills. While we provide price comparisons, we do not control these changes, as pharmacies, manufacturers, and distributors are not required to disclose pricing adjustments. If you think you've come across an incorrect price please give us a call at 855-268-2822, we'd be happy to help!

Zepbound works, Lilly Direct works, Good Rx, no.
My doctor recommended GLP-1 medications to assist me in losing weight because of my heart conditions; he recommended Zepbound. Because these medications are so expensive, I decided to try GoodRx to get Zepbound from Lilly Direct, which offers them at a substantial discount.
The first month was fine, but the second month, when I was entering my weight data in the GoodRx app, I made a mistake and entered a wrong number , but when I tried to go back and correct it, the app had already recorded it. So I ended up with 2 entries, one erroneous, giving my weight as 182, and one correct, with my actual weight, 174 . When I received my prescription, it was for the same 2.5 mg. as in the first month. I didn’t challenge it at that time, but figured they knew what they were doing, so I went ahead and took that dosage.
Then in the 3rd month, when I went to get the refill, I was prescribed the same 2.5 mg. as in the previous 2 months. When I asked for an increase to 5mg., I got the fatuous response “You’re doing fine on 2.5. You don’t want to lose weight too fast. You can probably stay at that dosage forever.” Since I had not lost any weight at all in the second month, I sent a message informing them of that. So finally somebody woke up and asked me to clarify my weight, which I did and explained the data entry error: on 9 March I went down to 167, where my weight fluctuated between 164.5 and 168 until the end of March.
So now in the 3rd month, I finally I had my dosage increased to 5mg., but now I’m almost back where I started. Today, I see my weight has gone up to 171.2. I did not increase my calories and stayed under 1200/day. So instead of losing weight, I actually gained 6 pounds. I sent several messages to them about this, but in 4 days now, have received no response from them except a message saying that they had received my message, and someone will get back to me as soon as someone is available. I guess they all left for Easter vacation. Or permanently out to lunch. I’m not just dissatisfied, I’m furious! As I see it, somebody owes me $339 for a wasted month, and that’s not even talking about the aggravation.

Thank you for your feedback, Sharon; using the information you provided we were able to investigate this further. Your first script was provided on March 2, for 2.5mg. Upon the dissatisfaction of your results, your script was up to 5mg on March 26, per your request. We appreciate you updating your medical info and openness on discussing options with your provider. We're sorry to hear this has resulted in frustrations, and will be sharing your feedback internally. Someone from our support team will be following up with you, via the message center, to address any additional concerns you may have.

Don't bother
Don't bother, they don't care. I moved from Ro to GoodRX for my Wegovy prescription. They were so excited to take my money and get it filled and I repeatedly said I'm already on it in the questionnaire and with chat support. I was ignored and prescribed the starting dose when it should be 1mg. I immediately told her in the chat that wasn't the right dose since I'm already on it. I was ignored. I tried to chat back in, I called, I called again, I chatted again. I was assured it would be corrected before it shipped and it was flagged and I would be on 1mg. The only follow-up message I got from a prescriber was yesterday when they asked for proof of my current prescription. I said sure, where can I upload it? No response. Then I was charged for the .25mg dose and it shipped. Don't waste your money on their program, once they have your credit card details they don't care about you. Go with Costco or another service. I'm going to be sharing this with my thousands of followers on social media as well and give them a heads up to avoid this headache.

Medication Prescribed Not Effective At All
I did a telehealth visit for UTI treatment. It took a very long time to connect with a provider and she did not ask me any questions about my symptoms, she simply prescribed a medication and sent it to my pharmacy. I asked a follow up question and did not receive a response. I completed the medications prescribed yet my symptoms persisted. I then went to an urgent care facility and was told the medication prescribed by goodrx is ineffective and I was prescribed a different medication. I endured pain for over a week because the treatment prescribed by goodrx was not effective. I assumed that completing all meds prescribed would result in clearing the UTI but it didn’t. I will not be using goodrx again.

This is a terrible app
This is a terrible app. I have a prescription that I take and it’s not listed with my regular prescriptions. When I go to refill the prescription, it’s not there.
When you leave a review on their app. It requires a nickname. Unfortunately any nickname that you put in, “Has already been used.” Therefore it will not let you proceed with your review. Very clever way to avoid negative reviews. I wish Medicap would do better, for their customers, and get a better app.
