After the initial couple of months, the cost per month is much higher than other suppliers. Also, the $39.99 per month for subscription is too high for its so called "benefit". I do not feel I am getting my money's worth from GoodRx. Currently looking for other outlets to supply my GLP1s. With the cost of subscription and the meds, I am at $390 per month... cost is becoming prohibitive!! Disappointed in that pricing!

I didn't like the price hike. Why did the price double for the 9mg pills? $149 to $300 not good. What you provide is good. I started with you because I could help myself be better, feel better without wiping out my bank account, but that is ridiculous. Its not good to hook people in with low prices and then rape them like that by doubling the price. NOT GOOD!!!

It’s seems harder than it should to contact someone when it’s time to review your health plan.

Reliable service if everything is perfect but in the medical world there are changes. Personally for me, had a minor change in prescription. But some technical issue with GoodRx processing. I called customer service and they agreed some technical error on their side they could not fix. Provider with GoodRx was the prescriber. How there is an issue with a Rx when it is all within GoodRx is beyond me and evidently beyond their customer service reps and related providers. But if nothing ever changes, i.e. you have the same prescription always or follow the “normal” dosing schedule then it is very convenient.

Too expensive.

Pricing is higher than I see on other sites. Coupons not valid for seniors on Medicare with no underlying conditions. Other sites are claiming much lower prices specifically for seniors who dont qualify for the coupon discounts.

Very much disliked updating my information and the hassle of sending another photo ID as proof of identity. Once per year would be okay, but not every 3 months. Looking for new provider.

We had a good experience with GoodRx initially however, the last couple of orders have been difficult to deal with. We’re notified about five or six days before the prescription runs out for a refill, but it takes 5 to 7 days to ship after they replace the owner. The last two times we’ve had it sent to our local pharmacy that has been a difficult process as well as that has taken at least five days. Lastly, even with the GoodRx coupon the prescription is now at $299 per month
