I have been using GoodRx for a very long time. And this is the BEST thing to EVER happen to the cost of prescriptions. I quit using insurance when I found this app. Has saved me THOUSANDS of dollars in prescription costs for my family!

I have employer-provided health insurance, but I urgently needed refills for my asthma medications and couldn't get a local appointment. Even though it was late in the day, a GoodRx Care provider contacted me within a couple hours of submitting my request, and I had my medications in my hand another hour later. Super quick and convenient, and cost less than my copay would have. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

I had a UTI (always seems to happen on a weekend), and I did the online visit and for only $19. If I would have used my insurance with BCBS and their telehealth, it was going to cost over $109!! Definitely a FAN of the GoodRX visits! My issue is one that I know is a UTI since I’ve had before - so definitely would recommend! I was also finished with visit and prescription(s) BEFORE I could get on with BCBS doctors! Wow!! Thanks, GoodRX!

I just used GoodRx Care for the first time; it was also my first time using telehealth that was not with my PCP. (It’s a Saturday; my only option for getting a script for a UTI was to either wait until Monday or visit an urgent care in Covidtown, Ohio.) I opted to try GoodRx Care. It was easy enough to start the whole process, but mid-way through the questionnaire, my browser (Safari) would not let me get past question 7 or 8 before completely hosing (more than once). I ended up logging in through Chrome and the GoodRx system thankfully “remembered” that I was in the process of starting an appointment and gave me a link to continue it in that browser instead. After that, all was fine. Once my info was submitted and the $39 payment was made, I was taken to a page with text messaging. It only took about 5 minutes (if that) before a nurse practitioner was in the “room” and going over my symptoms and medical history. She sent me a link for the prescription I needed, I clicked on it and selected my normal pharmacy as the destination, and that was it — my script was filled within an hour. Overall, I’m really happy with the service, its speed, and its convenience. For situations like this where the diagnosis is “easy” (I already knew I had a UTI) but getting in to see a doctor is a challenge, GoodRx Care is a great alternative. Especially when the only other option would have been walking into an urgent care facility in the middle of a pandemic, or waiting two days to see my PCP.

Did have an issue with the prescription not being sent but they did work to get it corrected. I would use them again because the process was very easy. Just a little flub but they did find another provider to send in the prescription.

I just had a prescription fulfilled using the GoodRx coupon at my local HEB pharmacy here in South Texas on 8/24/21. I was very skeptical that it would go smoothly and be an accurate price, but sure enough the pharmacy easily accepted it. I actually paid less than the coupon price. GoodRx coupon said the cost was $15.73. Actual cost out of pocket was $15.58. I couldn't be happier with the whole GoodRx experience. Whole process from the time I started my online account creation with GoodRx to prescription in my hand took about 2 hours. Really amazing. Super fantastic price and service! I felt compelled to write a positive review. A+
