Tried using goodrx at Costco they said it wouldn't go thru what a disappointment 😔

I attempted to get a prescription through GoodRx for Zepbound, wanting to switch from RO. It asked the basic questions and I let them know I had already been on 2.5 mg for 4 weeks and was looking to get the prescription approved for 5mg. At the end of the questions it asked me to pay the $39, which I did. It then showed me that a request was pending approval for 2.5 mg Zepbound Kwikpen. I immediately chatted with someone that said she was a clinician, explained I am wanting approval for 5mg not 2.5, she asked me to show her a prescription of my 2.5 mg prescription from RO, which I do have, but there isn’t any way to upload a photo in the chat so why would she ask me that? Next thing I know, it says “medication not prescribed” and she stopped replying after asking for a picture even though I sent her several more messages. I even contacted them through email explaining all this and have been completely ignored. They scammed me out of $39. Total scam. There’s no other way to describe how quiet they went after I paid that. The app will not allow me to try and get approved for the 5mg Zepbound now. EDITING TO ADD: They are still trying to take $39 from my bank account even after I canceled and even after I repeatedly told them that I was NOT helped by anyone in any way after trying to use the site. When I log in and try to remove my banking information, it literally gives me an error and will not let me remove it. This place is fraudulent and you will regret giving them any payment information. Editing to add: They took another $39 from me this morning and haven’t responded to my previous emails regarding this fraud. WHOEVER IS RESPONDING TO THESE REVIEWS LIKE BELOW, is just trying to mitigate whatever damage is going to happen from these reviews. They aren’t actually doing anything except leaving a paragraph below the review.

This so called "company" is great out of the gate. At least until they take your money. Then you are essentially ghosted. Just bite the bullet and go to an urgent care and speak to a human, so you can get what you need.

Charged me $39 to send in a prescription that Walmart didn’t even have. No refund at all !!!! If you cancel you can never sign up again. One time deal and a waste of money. Rip off!

I signed up 10 days ago for a better GLP1 source and price. Registration and initial consult was super quick. Since then I've spent 10 days of utter frustration trying to upload the dosage information they asked for but the link has never worked (tried laptop, phone and app) and no one will fix it. Response times take days. Responses are inaccurate or AI generated circular madness. I reached an actual person twice and was sent back to voicemail and nonresponse the first time and told only the care team (who never responds) could help the second time. Hard to understand how you operate a company this way. It's just a link to upload an image. When I offered my feedback to a "how are we doing" prompt, I got an AI generated response of useless FAQ's based on words I used...starting with how to cancel. I give up and will cancel.

The nurse practitioner I was assigned, Joan Cacciola, refused to give me a prescription when I was led to believe that skipping in-person doc visits was this companies' entire business model. I made a joke at being unable to pronounce the antibiotic I had been prescribed a week earlier at my local Er and being a pharmacy student, she then took that information and used it against me in our conversation. She refused to attempt any problem solving, I could have sent the Er records. Instead Joan refused to help me in any way. When I was asking about a refund she ended the call abruptly in the middle of my sentence. No goodbye or professional sign-off at all, just a sudden blank screen. Terrible care. Terrible short sighted bully behavior. I will do everything I can to encourage others to avoid this company.

Absolutely awful!!!!! I waited 12 hours to receive a phone call from a provider just to be told I missed the call(when I spoke with the doctor and had my treatment plan discussed and everything)…..it’s been 24 hours since then and I still have no prescriptions and no answers. This is extremely upsetting.

Terrible experience. They charge you $19 for only one issue, and if you have another symptom, you have to schedule another appointment. You also can’t get multiple medications at once, which ends up costing more than going to another provider. They also canceled my medications after I already paid for the appointment. They sent the prescriptions to the pharmacy and then canceled them afterward. Seriously, go to any other provider.
