Sucks. My prescription through GoodRX never arrived to the pharmacy. Multiple attempts. No luck. No customer support.

Horrible customer service and bad UI. They do not follow through on promises they made, lose records of patient interactions and data and then tell me "if that had happened we'd see it" (about a previous interaction with them) as if I were lying. And I can't delete my account because I get an error message and when I reached out via email to request account deletion they gave me instructions to delete it...which I told them in the email request didn't work. The only thing they got right was refunding me the monthly service fee since I hadn't used anything, but that was once I called them and was sobbing through the entire conversation. Horrible company, stay away.

Tried companion plan and went to consultation. After answering all the questions and downloading documentation, that took almost an hour, I was told that I was too old for them to help me! I don't understand why they didn't tell me from the beginning as they had the information BEFORE I PAID MY $19 ! WHAT A RIPOFF! SCAM! I also had a VERY HARD TIME to cancel the subscription plan! But , thankfully i succeeded! They are not trustworthy !

I was told I could only use Journavx coupon twice in a 6 month period. I know I used it in Feb 2026 but not used on July 2, 2026 or July 22. I understand the restrictions but as far as I know, I’ve only used it once in the past 6 months

The price at the pharmacy was nowhere near the prescription price that GoodRx stated. The Companion program's extra savings were not available. We actually had to use another discount card to save. We are not going to change our review because it is true.

Good RX use to never charge a monthly fee of 14.99 per month before. And when you use the 7 days trial. And try to cancel it takes all days to get through to cancel. You may have to call your bank to change your card numbers to block Good RX. They deserve zero Stars. You use to be able to get the discount all at the same retail but, now you get the run arounds having to travel to different places to get the discounts wasting 4 to 5 trips and wasting your gasoline.
