I like the discounts at a reasonable price but the app seems to get confused from a prior experience. Customer Service was exceptional about contacting my Pharmacy (CVS) to get my discount loaded so I could pick up my medication at the lower price and I was appreciative of this but I only gave 4 stars because I am worried I will have to go through CS each time i renew my medication. Time will tell if I can boost the rating to 5 stars! Otherwise, I am a very satisfied customer who has recommended GoodRx to many people over the years.

The price was excellent. However, the price at the pharmacy was still $3.00 higher than the price on my phone and he put the good RX numbers in 3 times and it never came down to the price you gave me. Why?

The service department, when I called was very good and took care of my issue and called me back. Pricing has saved me a lot of money since I do not have prescription coverage and in fact GoodRx was cheaper then when I had Coverage
