I’ve contacted customer support on the phone multiple times as well as customer support chat multiple times. When I did my check in I did not receive the price approval link. So my prescription did not go through fully. Nobody can seem to fix this issue. Tomorrow I will take my last shot and I hope I can find more medicine by next Saturday. I may have to just cancel my subscription with GoodRX because nobody can seem to fix this and nobody will let me speak to a supervisor

Communication via staff and chat was long, confusing and had me going in circles. I filled out the online renewal for my prescription. It was approved. Then it showed as not approved. The chat did not help. I called in and while they were very polite and tried to help - all they said was that the warehouse was in the midst of a move. What that has to do with my prescription is beyond me. Finally I had to move pharmacies and have the new one call in to help me. I still don't know what happened.

Communication -- with me or with my pharmacy -- is hopeless. This is exacerbated by the fact that I speak with a different GoodRx person every time I call. When I try to use the message portal, I am locked out -- GoodRx clearly does not want me to read or send messages. This has extended for more than a month now.
