Hello Katherine, using the information you provided we were able to locate your email request. We can confirm your account was cancelled on August 14th, and you have been refunded the most recent payment. The last day you will be able to access your account is September 6th.

Great way to just get a medication. Not a great way to talk to a doctor and have real care along with the medication. Whoever is on the other end is just going through the numbers and doesn't seem to follow previous conversation history at all.

They keep charging me every month for my “free trial” period. I have discontinued my treatment, membership, and all my plans, but still am getting charged. When I try to delete my entire account it does not let me. I called customer service to help me delete the account but they were not able to help at the time apparently.

We have closed the second account and removed your card information from our system. We will be providing you with a refund, but please note refunds can take 5-10 business days to complete.
