Absolutely horrible customer service because unless you can understand heavy accents from offshore agents - forget it! It takes 10 minutes for them to understand what you were complaint is and then they'll just transfer you to another agent although they say they'll escalating and it goes round and round and round!
I would never use them again for any of the glp products.

Keep sending me the same prescription…
Keep sending me the same prescription when I’m telling them it’s not working. They take forever to respond and when they do they are not helpful. Basically took my $50 and left the chat. Very disappointed and won’t be back.

Don't honor coupon prices -Bait and Switch
They don't honor the prices you get online, even within minutes of getting their coupon price online and then being at the pharmacy. I've had this happen multiple times. I get a coupon and within 10 minutes try to use that coupon at the correct pharmacy and the price is now much higher. This has happened too many times to be an accident of timing.

HIDDEN FEES: GoodRx charges a separate $59 fee for EVERY routine refill diagnosis!
Do not use this service if you need refills for multiple chronic, established health conditions. I used them to get a simple refill for a long-standing maintenance medication, only to discover their predatory, multi-tier billing model.
Even though these are well-documented, routine refills for existing conditions—not new issues—GoodRx Care treats each diagnosis as an entirely separate "appointment." They will charge you $59 for a mental health prescription, but if you also need your standard hypertension or cholesterol maintenance medications refilled, they lock them out. To get those, they force you to fill out all your information again, schedule a separate visit, and pay an additional $59 fee.
From a corporate moneygrubbing perspective, it’s completely unnecessary. If they wanted to keep their revenue model without alienating patients, they could easily add an upfront, transparent pop-up box after you enter your credit card information asking: "Do you have additional maintenance medications? Checking yes will add an additional $59 per diagnosis." Instead, they choose an intentionally deceptive, high-friction surprise at the very end.
The intake process took me over an hour, the customer service requires unexpected phone calls, and the nickel-and-diming billing model is a total exploitation of people who just need their regular, everyday prescriptions filled. Save your time and money and find a service that doesn't split your routine care just to double-charge you. (I used GenieRx last time and it took me 15mins tops, I had all 3 meds approved w/ no phone call, and for 1 reasonable price…unfortunately it can only be used for one round of refills otherwise patients would go back every time and never be seen by doc presumably)

Their AI system is horrible, impossible
Their AI system is horrible and unnavigable. I'm trying to switch over two Rx's to GoodRx that GoodRx carries, but the stupid AI tells me I've picked the wrong category to start with no matter what category I pick, and recommends that I should start with a specific OTHER category I've already tried every time, all while charging me both for a membership and appointments that don't happen. I found the phone number to talk to a human, who transferred me to the "right department" that lead to an answering machine that hangs up. No one ever returns the call.

GoodRx care telehealth problem
The GoodRx care telehealth service is extremely limited--I found out the hard way that they absolutely will not order a lab test. So if your test isn't available to order through a self-serve lab, you're out of luck.
The provider recommended that I get a urine culture through Quest Direct multiple times even though I tried that and Quest said they won't do it without a physician order.
The provider just kept telling me to get the test over & over again before they finally said that they do not order lab tests.
The first antibiotic didn't work and I'm still having symptoms. If this second one doesn't work, I'll end up having to spend more money (that I don't have) on top of this GoodRx subscription to go to an actual walk-in.

1/5 What Absolute failure to deliver
1/5 What Absolute failure to deliver. My dog is suffering.I am incredibly angry and disappointed with GoodRx for Pets. I placed an order for my dog's allergy medication on September 1st, relying on their advertised 3-to-5-day delivery window. Today is September 11th—10 days later—and the medication still hasn't arrived.Because of this massive delay, my dog has been without his medicine for two days. He is currently miserable and chewing his paws until they bleed. A company handling pet medication needs to understand that delays aren't just an inconvenience; they cause real physical suffering to helpless animals.Do not trust their shipping estimates if your pet relies on timely medication. I will not be using this service again
