I disclosed that I had talked with my nephrologist about taking Wegovy, and she was OK with the dosage I was on and the possible effects on my kidneys. I provided the information that was asked of me by your clinicians. but you denied me coverage and took away the prescription that had been so successful for me in terms of losing weight. I am super frustrated with your process and with the decision you made. You didn't even give me a chance to provide you with whatever documentation you might request to enable me to stay on Wegovy. That really upset me.

I’ve tried to cancel both of my accounts one I’ve never used and I keep getting charged monthly

They charged me $39 a month for no services rendered. Deceptive practices and terrible service.

Price posted was not honored. I now have to find time to call to find out why. All other communication has been in texting and email. I cannot understand why the change.

I get conflicting messages often. Example, yesterday I received an email that i needed to check in so i did. It was too early to check in according to the doctor that I chatted with. About an hour later, I received another email telling me that i am out of refills to contact the pharmacy.

Dosage error - unwilling to refund money for medication I will not use. I was sent the incorrect dosage. I tried to resolve the issue via the messaging system - which is confusing, annoyingly automated and has a rotating number of people responding to message that are not automated - before the medication was sent. Was told it was resolved, but it was not. Ended up going 3 weeks without medication because I was traveling. Have canceled my prescription subscription and will not work with GoodRX again.

Don't ask for feedback with spam

I never received my order. I'm not sure if this is a good Rx problem or a USPS problem all I know is that my mailbox has a lock and key and I never received my last order! 😭
