Better than insurance

I had a charge for GoodRx Gold and could not find an account it was attached to so I couldn't cancel it. I called and spoke with a polite, clear and patient customer service representative who did appropriate tier 1 troubleshooting, and when she could not get the answer she told me she would escalate my issue and that she would call me back in 10 business days. To my surprise she did actually call me back a week later, my issue was resolved, and they gave me a refund! It really wasn't even their mistake. I have never had a customer service experience that good.
