I don't always get my rewards points when I use at pharmacy for my prescription. I also don't always get my rewards points daily when logging in.

I prefer your previous format where I can view the regular prices, a separate tab for the GoodRx Gold prices, and a tab for the mail order prices.

Kroger s was main Drug store. Now I have to use three different ones.Ithought gold card would do better. I will never use CVS a gain they suck!

I RECIEVED A MESSAGE FROM "GOOD RX" EXPLAINING A WAY TO TRY AND FIX MY ISSUE WITH PHARMICIES WHO WILL NO LONGER HONNOR MY GOOD RX GOLD PRICES. IT WAS NICE TO HEAR A COMPANY IS WILLING TO FIX A PROBLEM. I WILL TRY IT AND SEE HOW IT WORKS. I'LL POST A NEW REVIEW AFTER I TRY IT. IT IS GETTING HARDER EVERYDAY TO FIND A PLACE THAT TAKES THE GOOD RX CARD. WHEN I DO FIND A PLACE THAT TAKES THE G RX THEY DON'T HONOR THE GOLD CARD OR THE PRICE IS HIGHER THAN YOUR QUOTE.

GoodRx gets 3/5 stars for at least being available as an alternative. You did not get 5/5 stars because of these issues: 1) One medication was not listed on GoodRx at all. No coupon. 2) One medication was listed with a good discount but the coupon was not agreed to by Walgreens. There are certain coupons for certain drugs they automatically refuse. Walgreens is a huge national pharmacy chain that participates in many insurance plans. GoodRx should work this out with Walgreens or make sure customers know in advance. GoodRx's coupon might be accepted at another pharmacy chain, but I am required to get all drugs from the same provider, so I could not shop around. Coupon declined by store. 3) One medication was listed with an attractive discount but it was a controlled substance and Walgreens would not apply the discount. Walgreens said they have encountered this issue with this drug in the past with GoodRx and advised GoodRx. GoodRx continues to show this drug as something they offer a good discount on. GoodRx should stop advertising that they can get customers a discount on this drug if they know no one is going to accept the coupon. False or misleading advertising. 4) One medication was discounted but it was not discounted for the price shown on the coupon. Coupon not up to date, not as valuable as advertised. 5) Three discounted medications were cheaper to buy out of pocket without a GoodRx coupon than with it*. This may not be the case for people without insurance. Coupons worthless to me. As a result of these experiences I will continue to try to use GoodRx on expensive (Tier 3 or 4 or brand name or not-on-formulary medications) if it looks like GoodRx might help, But I will not count on it, and I would not pay for something like a GoodRx membership fee or a surcharge because GoodRx has too many exclusions and failures to accept. This review reflects more than one experience (several dates in 2021-2022) as a patient with Medicare Advantage Part D coverage and co-pays I am trying to beat. *If the discount is not significant, it is better for me in the long run to pay the co-pay and have it applied to my out-of-pocket and annual deductible than to pay cash and use GoodRx and have it ignored by my insurance company. When I go to pick up a prescription that is phoned in by a doctor, It is a painful and time wasting experience to have them change the price to the amount shown on the Good RX coupon. I have asked if there is a way to provide the coupon in advance and I have been told no. Even though the phamacy says they are giving me the GoodRX price, it is different from the coupon. You need to solve this problem. If I take the script to the pharmacy along with the coupon, no problem.

I dont like the fact your quoted prescription prices ring up differently than advertised online /in app/ coupon. The price is always higher. That is poor business practices. The coupon should ring up as advertised not for a different and higher amount. I can download the coupon while waiting in line and minutes later the pharmacy tech will scan it and itll be a different price.
