I ordered prescriptions that were never sent

Never received my prescription. Called and you apologized blamed the courier reordered it for me and never received it once again.

Keeps taking money from my account after I have tried multiple times to cancel my subscription!!!

I have had no communication about my finasteride Rx. Also I never received the return mailing label for my defective Wegovy pens. That was months ago.

Good Rx kept me on a low dose and I am not losing weight. The NP suddenly asks for bloodwork nd when you cannot produce results of blood work you didn’t know you needed they keep the low dose nd rudely close the visit. So you pay for a drug on a dose that does nothing or you gain it all back!

Very disappointing cancellation and customer service experience I am extremely disappointed with my experience with GoodRx. I placed an order on August 7 and called customer service **the same day** because I wanted to cancel the order. I believed my request had been handled. However, I later found out that the representative had only canceled my future refills/subscription and did **not** cancel the order I had just placed. By the time I realized this, the order had already been shipped. I contacted GoodRx again, explained that I had called on the day of purchase specifically to cancel the current order, and asked them to review the previous call and escalate the issue. A case was opened, but in the end they still refused to refund me. The medication has now arrived, even though I tried to cancel it before it was shipped. What frustrates me most is that I took action immediately and contacted customer service on the same day, yet my request was apparently misunderstood or processed incorrectly. I was never clearly told during that first call that only future refills were being canceled while the current order would still be processed. For a prescription medication service, cancellation requests and communication need to be much clearer and more accurate. Customers should not have to pay for an order they tried to cancel before shipment because of a misunderstanding or processing error by customer service. This was a very frustrating experience, and unfortunately I would not feel comfortable using GoodRx Home Delivery again.

I logged into my account and tried to erase my credit card information and your website would not let me erase my account. I don’t wish to order anything from you and I want me monthly payment returned.

Would not respond to questions about exposure to extreme heat during shipping when product was delivered late and then sat in my mailbox for two weeks in 100 plus degree temps. Shipper blamed GoodRX, and they blamed shippers. Cancelled. Will not buy again. It was a simple question--is product safe and effective to use after being so hot for so long? Ugh
