I have had good experiences in the past, but my last visit was unacceptable. They claim to offer medical services and then will not reply to messages for several days. The phone number plays a recoding and then hangs up in you. GoodRX needs a new partner business. I'll pay more if I have to, but this is amateur nonsense. Do not recommend until they fix this.

Paid $179 for a year of their home delivery service for myself and my husband. Most orders got immediately cancelled on their end, they don't seem to know how to pull refills from the system and want to contact your doctor each and every time for maintenance drugs. Their website is terrible, pushing you to use the app, but it's hard to find out how to get help. It's clear they're trying to save money by not having much customer service, but when your site is so awful and sparse with no info on it, you need help figuring out what is going on. Stick to the free coupons and don't pay for the delivery.

Since GoodRx compares prices at different pharmacies, there are sometimes lower prices with a GoodRx coupon. GoodRx prices are also tied to a medication's cash price which, unfortunately, means they can fluctuate. If you have a GoodRx Gold account, you are still able to use a GoodRx coupon if you find that it offers a better price for your prescription. We understand your frustrations, Karin. Since GoodRx compares prices at different pharmacies, there are sometimes lower prices with a GoodRx coupon. If you have a GoodRx Gold account, you are still able to use a GoodRx coupon if you find that it offers a better price for your prescription at a pharmacy in your area. I love Good Rx coupons let's just say that; however Good RX Care (the one I actually pay for) has the worst customer service. The good: The initial chat with Nurse Practitioner Vicki was fine, she asked one question and refilled my Rx. The bad: Vicki dropped me pretty quickly even after I asked "what happens if my pharmacy isn't on the list". Her reply "use another one". Good Rx Care does not have an extensive list of pharmacies and that's where the problem is. Once they collect your $, say goodbye and send you to the page of pharmacies (where you will be lucky to find yours) the support stops. This is not a new problem. Same thing happened last year. This time I waited for 20 minutes on this chat to see if someone could help me. No one helped. I ended up having to call another pharmacy to see if they even carried my Rx (which they have to order it) just to get the process going. I will then transfer it to my pharmacy that carries the product. Good RX Care is factory line service and once you pay and get your script it's good luck to you onto the next paying customer. It used to be an easy process, now it's much more aggravating.
