Called when a pharmacy was refusing to use their flu coupon. Called GoodRX, they answered immediately, spoke to the pharmacy directly, and saved me forty dollars!! Absolutely excellent!! On the pharmacy's side of things, they were pleasant but they didn't try to help on their end at all as i came to find out they had all the info they needed so it seems they were out of compliance with their own company's contractual agreements and just didn't care to do the bare minimum for the customer. Once GoodRX was on the phone however, they immediately seemed to find a better price but still didn't do the bare minimum(try a different existing code they had in system) to get the GoodRX price. When GoodRX spoke up they all of a sudden found another code. In reality they just didn't try it. Anyway, advocate for yourself and use GoodRX!
