I’m pleased with the ease the Safeway Pharmacy has in utilizing the Good RX coupons.

GoodRX reduces my cost for my meds on the majority of them from my co-pay. Being on a fixed income this helps me greatly.

My most recent experience actually found Singlecare had a better price for Famotidine.

Very good to use.

Used to get a prescription in between insurance coverages. Getting set up with a provider was a little slow: before you can talk to anyone, you have to submit photos of your prescription label on your pill bottle, but you can only submit a photo in response to a prompt on GoodRx's end and only one photo at a time, and responses average about once per ~24 hours. Speaking with the provider over the phone to get the subscription was easy and quick. A bit of a gripe with coupons. GoodRx will generate/display coupons for basically any pharmacy, but it turns out that some smaller pharmacies have the discretion to just refuse to accept the coupon. Lost about $20 on that: not huge, but not ideal, and the website does not make that clear.

Can’t recieve messages on phone . When you email me , then send code I have to get out of the email to get the code . Once you exit the email the code is no good . You can only do it on a computer. Thanks

I was charged more $$$ for my prescriptions than I should have been at the pharmacy I use. If I hadn't known the usual costs of each script I would have been overcharged. I pay for GoodRx on a monthly basis and I expect to get good prices without having to double check. I am on a fixed income and would like better service. Thank you.
