A very inconvenient system for getting prescriptions
maybe i have to give them 3 stars... So the fact is that the recipe receipt system is designed in such a way that they are hidden in a separate site and it is impossible to enter there from the main site. This is a big problem every time, and there is literally no way to write the full topic and reason for the visit. You also have to know in advance what kind of medicine you want.
The system is also made so inconvenient that in order to get a prescription for the same medicine again, you need to log out of the main site where your prescriptions are displayed and go to another site where there is a consultation form. You can't just click "you need to update the prescription" for medications that you need to drink longer than the maximum they prescribe in the prescription.

Would not refill mental health meds but linked me to suicide hotline!
I bought Goodrx companion and a virtual visit to refill Prozac and wellbutrin. I do not have a current doctor or insurance due to finances. Goodrx accepted my payment, took 5 hours to have a full conversation with a provider (they are helping several people ar once and do not care about a single one), then they told me they cannot help me. The divine comedy was that after they refused to help me, they linked me to a suicide hotline! So clearly providers are aware of the crucial nature of these meds but will not help you. Do not use Goodrx companion. The providers are awful and the company does not care.

We're really sorry to hear that your GoodRx Care experience was not the best. Sometimes our Healthcare Professional feel the best care you can receive is in-person. Additionally, our refill service is limited to certain prescriptions we are able to refill via telehealth. We do offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and would be happy to refund your visit fee. Please send us a message through your GoodRx Care account, and we'll be more than happy to help.

GoodRx Customer Service Is Absolutely Useless
I have been using GoodRx for my prescription and, until now, I never had to chase down the pharmacy or figure out shipping myself. GoodRx handled the process and my medication showed up.
Then my July shipment simply never arrived. I contacted GoodRx customer service expecting them to do something pretty basic: find out what happened to the shipment I paid/subscribed for and help get it resolved.
Instead, I got the runaround.
One representative told me my prescription was already at Honeybee Health and that I should contact the pharmacy directly. When I explained that I have never had to call the pharmacy before because GoodRx has always handled this, the next response was essentially: we don't have any information about how your medication gets shipped; the pharmacy handles that. Would you like to cancel your prescription?
Seriously?
I wasn't asking them to explain the entire pharmaceutical supply chain. I was asking GoodRx why a shipment that was supposed to arrive in July never showed up.
There was no attempt to investigate the missing shipment, no ownership of the problem, no explanation of what changed, and no effort to coordinate with the pharmacy. Just pass the customer off to somebody else and then offer to cancel the prescription.
That's not customer service.
If GoodRx is going to sell and manage a subscription service, they should be able to help when a customer's medication doesn't arrive instead of responding with canned messages and telling the customer to chase down the pharmacy themselves.
I've been a customer for quite some time, but this experience has me seriously considering canceling and moving to Hims or Ro. If GoodRx doesn't want to take responsibility for helping customers when something goes wrong, there are plenty of competitors that will gladly take the business.
GoodRx: your customer service needs a major overhaul.

GoodRx is not well managed
I had been with GoodRX using the weight loss GLP-1 drug Foundayo since April 2026. Each month you are presented with a questionairre via email, answer it, and a Clinician will read and makes recommendations (stay on curent dose or go higher) . They will then send the prescription to a pharmacy you have chosen. $39 is the monthly charge, plus the cost of the script. They use the Eli Lilly coupons to reduce the price. My last month's survey was answered as usual, but then got a message from the clinician that she could not prescribe the Foundayo any longer until I saw a Family Practice physician. The Clinician made reference to seeking the visit from Planned Parenthood or free clinics. I replied that I was retired military and had full health care, so why are you recommending this? But to my dismay, after I got the formatted message about the script and where to seek help, the Clinician ghosted me. No replies after several attempts. I called and spoke to their support staff - why they are called support staff I have no idea - they can basically do nothing other than repeat word for word the message. I asked "what was incorrect on the survey I completed?" "Sorry we cannot disclose that", I was told. "then what do I tell my doctor? That GoodRX denied my script and said I have to see you, but I have no clue why?" So I sent in a complaint using the GoodRX system detailing the facts above. Meanwhile, I called my Dr. and he sent my script to the pharmacy and I had it the next day. He had already tried to get me Ozempic 2 weeks before this issue using a special program, but had not been able to get it approved, so he was aware of my health since I had seen him a month prior for an annual exam. Next I got an email survey from GoodRx asking me how my complaint was handled. I wrote back - I have never received a reply. The next day I got a message from a clinician saying that amazingly my script had been approved and was sent to the pharmacy. Still no admission of why it didn't get approved the first time. Bottom line is this - I told GoodRx that my physician would handle my scripts, and that i would use the exact same Eli Lilly coupons available on the Eli Lilly website - the same ones GoodRx sent me. And now I saved $39 a month for being ghosted and an obviously poorly managed process with GoodRx..
