I paid for a prescription and they have not sent it to me I am waiting for more than 10 hours and they do not have a telephone to answer or an email to communicate, they just automatically send you the same email that they sent you at the beginning this sounds like a scam

This is bull do not trust this app. They told me I’ll be waiting on my medication in two hours over that was not true. Then when I told him to give me my money back, they didn’t block me. Do not use this app or a good MD, whatever they call themselves it is a terrible terrible experience.

Total scam. I requested a medication for asthma and they sent something completely different and did not respond to my request when I asked them to switch it. Stay away.

I paid money to have a lab processed after I completed my medication. After a week of waiting with no results (it was urine so that timeframe was concerning) they told me they couldn’t fine me in their system. after hours of disputing this they told me they lost my sample in the mail. after hours of disputing THAT they told me they found me in their system and that my results were still pending. when I called back a week later they said they couldn’t find me in their system AGAIN and after i argued on the phone AGAIN they found me and told me they were unable to process my specimen. They sent the lab “results” to me and I noticed my first AND last name were spelt incorrectly on the requisition, AND they were testing me for the incorrect bacteria. It took days to get anyone to get back to me and good mds said they would follow up with me to have a new urine sample ordered for free. It’s been days since that and still nothing, I’ve even sent multiple emails regarding all of this with no response back. Im extremely dissatisfied and heavily believe good mfs should not be utilized for anything, even in emergency situations like mine.

Already disappointed with the customer care. It only took 40 seconds for them to withdraw my money from my account but 20 minutes later and I don't have a confirmation email. The lady on the phone was very dismissive, uninformative and unhelpful and could only tell me to wait longer for a confirmation email, the one that is apparently supposed to come in 5 minutes. Wasn't able to connect me with anyone helpful who could confirm in real time what was going on with my poor person money so I will give it another 10 minutes before disputing the claim.

I placed a order but prescription was never filled. I sent a msg asking request to be canceled and was told yes. Still billed. I did follow up w email. No response I'm wondering if this site is a scam.

I requested Bactrim but GoodMD prescribed Cefpodixime. The pharmacist called me to tell me the Cefpodixime is out of stock and on backorder. The pharmacist offered to talk to GoodMD to revise the rx to something in stock. I relayed that message to GoodMD and waited. Still waiting. No call, no email, no text, no response. In my case the consultation fee was good for one action only, even if there's a problem of their making. Different online Rx services for UTI have different fees. Next time I will spend a little more and hope for a better result.

I am dissatisfied. I was out of town and needed a medication immediately. Their website states clearly, it will be at the pharmacy within 1-2 hours. After 2 1/2 hours of waiting, I cancelled my order for a full refund but they refused. They said it was because the order was already placed despite the pharmacy NOT ever receiving it.
