Selected wrong form and couldn’t fix with having to buy another form.

I was given the option to pay $20 more to have a prescription of ibuprofen 600 for tooth pain. I opted for the the script but when I went to the pharmacy they advised that it was not called in. I wrote an email letting your team know, only to be matched with the comment “next time seek treatment from your pcp”. My pcp doesn’t treat tooth infections and my dentist isn’t open on weekends after hours which is why I resorted to using your site. I decided to look back on the last couple of years when I had used your site and noticed that every time I opted for the ibuprofen, it wasn’t received at the pharmacy, although I paid for the option on your site. I did receive a refund for this last time, but I won’t be returning in the future because of the snarky comments made in the email by your team.

Customer Services are horrible!!!!!! Do Not Purchase any Package Treament Deals they are a Scam. Charge you double for a imaginary screening and than give you the option to choose only 2 prescriptions that only cover a portion of the treatment!!!SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

Prescription was never sent to pharmacy

I had a follow up appointment that I paid for and I never got a date and time for it so I wasted that money.

I believed I was prescribed wrong medication because I’m no better..

I was never called for a consultation. Just given a prescription. I went to my primary care doctor they said the medicine prescribe by good meds should have never been perscribed for a uti. I became very sick on that medication.
