I have used their services before and everything seemed to be OK since it was a quick med needed. This time I requested an appointment around noon for my daughter who is sick and only received a doctor note for the day of the request but she needed to stay home the next day as she is pretty sick they would not allow a note for two days only the one day that I paid so I would have to pay twice to get another doctors note for school Then when I informed them they should let people know before paying in a kind way, I never received a call back or an email back and still have not received the note for the one day she missed. I wish I would’ve known this in advance. I would’ve used the other company called Teladoc or doctors on demand who will give a note for the days needed that you miss work or school Customer service very unsatisfactory

I paid for the consult with no results. They have yet to reach back after trying to contact them. I have requested a refund of my money with no results.

They are horrible to deal with stay away from these scam artists. They will take your money and not do their job! 0 stars

Sent me wrong prescription twice

I received the wrong prescription twice and could not get an answer at Customer service. I have resorted to going back to my Family Doctor.

The prescription the doctor sent to my pharmacy was not available, my pharmacy tried contacting the prescriber, I notified goodmd and was told they would get back to me. I never was contacted and I tried again to get this resolved, I never received any treatment, but I paid for it.

First, they advertise that they would give new prescriptions. The do, but only for one month (or so I was told). Your money is not worth, given this. I could have gone to another telehealth company for my condition and could have 3 months of supply. Second, they do not send your prescription to online or home delivery pharmacies. They will send it to only brick and mortar pharmacies. I buy my prescriptions from Amazon Pharmacy because I get discounts but this time I had to route it to another pharmacy which caused me significant financial loss. Apart from these, consultations are via email. You may find this comforting or discomforting.

We completed the online paperwork on Sunday 06.09.24 for antibiotics. Besides, the initial email that was sent after the $39.99 payment was made there was never any additional communication. We decided to call around 8:30pm and then discovered there were no customer service agents available. I guess because it was Sunday they were closed. Monday morning at 10 am we called and finally was able to speak with someone. We were told it was an oversight and we would receive an email within the hour. It is now 1:00pm and still no email. We called back and was told the prescription was sent but the email to notify us wasn't sent. No thank you... please give me a refund. This was the worst of all the online providers that offer this service. On top of that no real apology. Lets hope I get the refund or I will be filing a claim with Better Business Bureau!.
