I have a toothache and am in horrible pain. I signed up for this thinking I could get a antibiotics to take away the pain so that I could enjoy my birthday party that is today. I thought it was a 24 hour service. I signed up at 4:29am. It’s currently 8:38am. I got about two hours of sleep and I still don’t have any communication from them besides the confirmation email Smdh

Everything went smooth until I needed a new prescription. I started the treatment and couldn’t keep one of the drugs down. Contacted them via chat which took over an hour for a response. Called by phone and me vomiting didn’t seem like an issue, “everyone feels nausea”. Nausea would have been ok. The drug would still be active, but I was vomiting shortly after taking the medicine. They eventually changed the prescription. Love the platform just need better customer service.
