So I’m feeling like I have strep throat. I go through the process, they take my money at 1:30 am. Pharmacy opens at 8. I call. They don’t have anything. I call the number for good md. They don’t answer. The link to email them about it doesn’t work. I finally get a call back. This lady has such a thick accent I ask her to repeat herself and she sighs out of frustration. Very disrespectful. Never giving them my money again. Best part? It’s going to take an hour to 30 minutes for them to send it again. And that doesn’t include the time the pharmacy has to take to put it together. Yay! Don’t use this site, just go into a real clinic.

The worst tele-health experience ever!
This is literally the worst telehealth experience I have ever had! I called in for a refill and a day and a half later ended up with some of the refill and a full-on anxiety attack to go with it. At first I thought it went well and they were within the time limits they advertised - however, I called the pharmacy to find out they had prescribed the wrong thing. They prescribed me a patch instead of the tablets I usually take and I take the tablets specifically in the evening because they also have a relaxing effect. Obviously a patch that has to be worn all the time it's not going to substitute for a pill that's taken for a bedtime. It also costs a lot more and premises do not tend to have it in stock. I know mine didn't. Just so you know it's a blood pressure medication. Nothing exotic or weird! It took me a good 4 hours to get them to fix their first mistake and I was told at this time I would not be able to get the 90-day supply, that they said previously all I had to do was mention that I needed the 90-day supply. Also I had used the service once before with no problems getting the 90-day supply. I was actually refilling from what THEY HAD PRESCRIBED ME LAST TIME, because I still haven't gotten insurance. When I realized that they were going to need to fix the prescription, regarding the erroneously prescribed patch, I expressed dissatisfaction about the amount of medication, asked why they were not able to be consistent and give me the same refill I got from them last time and it was never even addressed. Got up the next morning, was greeted by an email from them saying everything was taken care of. I called the pharmacy to find out absolutely nothing was taken care of! They hadn't even changed the prescription to tablets. 2 hours later,2 phone calls later, 2 emails later, I finally find out I have a 30-day supply called in. It's Sunday afternoon and I have no choice but to go pick it up because I'm completely out as of today. This is why I started at 1:00 yesterday to get the refill. To give them time to do it right. It took more time than it should have the first time but they got it right - so I made sure to allow the extra time.
No one has bothered to call, there's been no apology, I still don't understand why they gave me a 90 day supply last time but only a 30 this time and I can't afford to pay $50 every 30 days. This is so ridiculous and so unprofessional! I am questioning if their good reviews are actually real at this point! Last time I got the refill from them I got what I needed which meant a lot to a person with no insurance, but it still took 2 days - which is why I started a day early this time. Even with making that allowance to hopefully enable things to go smooth on both ends they were unable to fulfill their obligations as promised. This is healthcare, this is not me ordering a new sweater! This is ridiculous. I'm not joking about that anxiety attack. Dealing with them has left me dealing with anxiety and feeling nauseous. I do my best to work with whoever I'm dealing with, I start a day early if I have to, I have the photos of the medication everything they need and this is still how it's ended up. I'm disappointed and I'm angry and I hope no one else ever has to go through this while waiting for a medication that they depend on to keep themselves healthy.

Seems like a scam
Seems like a scam. Sketchy website. When I paid is said my card didn’t work so tried again. It charged my account 7 times. Emailed customer service and they provided sketchy answers. Had to cancel my card. DON’T USE!!! Ended up going through another site with no issues.

They are actually ShitMD
They are actually ShitMD! They are too comfortable lying to you! They charged me $49 for a refill but they never sent in the Rx. Now they are lying about refund. “It takes 10 business days to precess your refund by our financial department. But we can’t send a confirmation email.” Just liars and scammers! Just dispute with your bank and block these scammers!
