I ordered services and they denied me and said I had 48 hours to get some labs sent to get tested. I reached out immediately and never heard back and never received a refund. I also reached out to customer service and they never responded.

Took much longer than expected so cancelled and confirmed they were ok cancelling. Then weeks later realized they didn’t issue refund and wouldn’t respond. Don’t use them

I paid for a prescription request and never got an email or call to contact me for further information. I paid $39 and got nothing in return. I've checked my inbox and spam and the only emails from goodmd's I've received were to rate their service.

I called first thing this morning and it is now 9 p.m. and nothing at all. No calls to my pharmacy and when I call GoodMd, no one to talk too. DO NOT USE THEM. Thank goodness I paid with PayPal and filed a dispute. I was in pain with no help. I had to spend a lot more money to be seen at an urgent care but at least I feel better now no thanks to this company.

If you take someone’s money, you should have some type of customer service line for any type of errors etc.. I have called in 10 times and no one answers the operator line. It just hangs up automatically after stating no one can answer the phone. I literally will now have to go through my bank and request a refund. Make sure you are sure before using this service.

Website advertises 24 seven service. However that’s not the truth. Call the 800 number got hung up on but automated service nobody’s available. Send IM message was told that I would be contacted during normal business hours. Apparently 24 seven. I paid for a service expecting a doctor call and a script for an URI almost 3 hours and still waiting.

I never received no prescription and I requested my money back still nothing im contacting my lawyer and the fbi for fraud

I am not getting any help with my order
