This company is a complete Joke. Only contact is via their info@goodman……and they are totally Lost. Told me myJob was complete when no one showed up. Had the wrong phone number for me in their system. Online chat never works…always the same Message”our agents are busy trying to again later”. Later…same message. No on answers the 844 number.when you leave a message, never a response. I don’t think this is a real company. It is an umbrella of local handymen and no one manages anything. Sadly, Whirlpool uses them for warranty repair. Complete joke. Stay away!!!

Update: 7/20/26 Goodman cancelled my appointment twice and finally emailed and told me they couldn't get the parts to fix my TV and to contact TCL to figure it out. Communication with this company is the worst I've ever dealt with. I've been calling for 2 days. No one picks up the phone. Web chat is useless and seems to be disabled. I was given two different days for a repair date and cannot get anyone to reply or call me back. I don't have high hopes on the actual repair of my television.

Worst company EVER!!! I filed a claim through Allstate for my washer and dryer, they texted me the night before the appointment day and rescheduled for 6 days later due to “technician calling out”, then communicated to Allstate the day before the rescheduled day canceling the appointment but then showed up to my house . They fixed the problem but found another problem so they communicated with Allstate to set a new appointment for the new problem . Sent a text with one date, the day before the new appointment day they sent a text for an appointment reminder which was for 10 days later . I called them and couldn’t get a hold of anyone . I’ve sent emails and received no responses . Allstate ultimately removed them from the service and used another company. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL !!!!

This is by far the worse company to do business with. When purchasing an extended warranty for appliances be sure to ask who it is through. If they say, "Goodman Solutions" take your money and run!!! We have been waiting at least 1 month. Most times they reschedule or are "No Show". Every service call was between 1-5 but no one calls or shows. I would rate 0 if I could. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Horrible to get a hold of… I got 3 different text about having 3 different times for appt from the service and I can’t confirm either one of them… I hope when we finally get service from them that they are good!!

I would not recommend scheduling with this company for any repairs on my appliances. The lied and said i canceled my scheduled appt for today, I took the day off work and called to confirm they were coming out this morning, and they told me the appt was canceled by me. Horrible customer service!!!

Please do not use this company. I filed a claim with my home warranty company on 5/27/26. They chose this company. I was initially scheduled for 5/29, they rescheduled me for 6/5, and then 6/11, then 6/19, and now 6/26. It's for my washing machine and I really need it fixed. They called me after 5 pm today to reschedule my appointment that was tomorrow between 8 am & 12 pm. If you want the work done, please select a different company. I called my warranty company and asked them to find me a different company.

STAY AWAY! This company is horrible to work with. They do not answer their phone calls, return voicemails or have their web chat enabled. When you are able to get in touch with them it is excuse, after excuse as to why their customer service is so bad. They have canceled appointments without notifying me, failed to ship parts needed for repairs, only to have the tech show up unable to complete the work. They have lied to Whirlpool about the status of the job as well. Do yourself a favor and don't work with Goodman Home Solutions!
