This company is absolutely horrible
This company is absolutely horrible. I can rarely ever get in touch with an agent whether it’s over the phone or web chat. When I finally am able to set up a repair appointment, it gets cancelled and delayed “due to technicians emergency.” There is no way every single time every technician has an “emergency” to which they can’t make it. At this point I know they’re straight up lying to me. I have been back and fourth for THREE months trying to get my fridge repaired and they first sent out two of the most incompetent technicians possible after I had already waited two months. They didn’t even properly diagnose my fridge, and they ended up telling ME how I can fix it and left. I followed their instructions (which were incorrect) and my fridge was still not functioning properly. The second technician was a genuine guy and did his best to fix it, but it still is not working properly. I tried to make another appointment and once again it got rescheduled for TWO WEEKS LATER. My food is going bad and I can’t buy groceries to put in my fridge. This has been THREE months of wasted food, not being able to store food properly, and terrible customer service from this company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I hope they go under, sincerely.
