They overcharged me and sent me Nad which I never ordered! $550.
They won’t take it back stating this is what I’ve been prescribed, then switching to I ordered a bundle at checkout.
Honestly, their product isn’t worth it anyway.

Wasted All My Money
I did not have a good experience with a Good Life Meds. I switched to them from another provider simply because I needed to cut the costs. I had been on GLP1 for about 9 months before switching to them and even though my weight loss was not quick, I lost about 35 times during that time and was very happy with that. I was only about 20-25 pounds away from my goal weight at this time and was taking the maximum dosage for the strength that I was on (50 units).
My first prescription (3 months) with them was for a different strength than I had been on (I don’t know why they switched me from what I was on with the other their company)so I had to take 100 units instead of the 50 I had been taking. I never felt the same effect from the meds like before I came here and I was losing very little weight (I think a few pounds) during that 3 months. About halfway through that prescription it was May 2025 and everyone was saying that we would no longer be able to buy the compounded version because the shortage was over so on May 22 even though I didn’t need a refill yet, they offered a 6 month supply for $1500 so I ordered it since it would be the last time I could order. They again switched my script and now prescribed me 40 units. As soon as I saw this I sent a note to the doctor that I didn’t believe that that was correct because I’ve been on max dose with both strengths that I’ve taken (100 units or 50 units). He insisted to me that this was a DIFFERENT strength (again) than those other 2 and that the prescription and dosage is correct. I finished the other meds (losing 4 or 5 lbs during the 3 months) excited to try this new medication. After about 3 months I hadn’t lost a pound so I reached out to the doc again and much to my surprise it now said that I was currently taking 50 units of my medication! I looked back at the notes of my chats with the doctor and sure enough our conversation was me asking about 40 units and him saying that it was correct. Each of the 4 prescription bottles that I got instructed me to take 40 units. So there it, was in my chat history and on my bottles, somebody had messed up then tried to correct it on my online script without even telling me. It’s in writing, they goofed so surely they would make it right? I reached out to them and was told that the “miscommunication “ was unfortunate but the good thing is that since I had been taking less than I was supposed to, the meds would last me longer than they were supposed to. After a few back and forths they made it clear that would not do anything to make it right except to give me a 25% off coupon for my next order (yeah right). I’m still taking the medication in hopes that it may do something but I still haven’t lost a pound and I have about a months worth left. I also realized something else, the lady who said the good news was that my medication would last longer was actually incorrect. Since my prescription was written for a six month supply @ 40 units per dose, I actually received LESS than I should have from the pharmacy (remember, my bottles have it printed on each one even tho they changed it in my online account AND the chat history is still there showing the doctor confirming to me that I should only take 40 units per dose).
It’s unfortunate, I spent so much money with this company and they won’t even send me a bottle or two more medication which probably costs them almost nothing.
I don’t know where I go after these meds are gone, this should have been my last script, my budget is spent and I’m still 20-25 pounds from goal weight.

Zero star should be an option
Zero star should be an option.
The company is informed about the side effects, called , email, - simply all fell flat .
Keep insisting that money machine company has to mint money only focussed on profit & not make up of person who got sick with meds .
Impossible.

Beware of their doctors that never…
Beware of their doctors that never respond and their accounts receivable that respond immediately. Beware of auto refills you did not want not order and are unable to cancel. Beware of small print.

Not a 30 day system. Product shipped way too early…and was left unrefridgerated.
I recently joined Good Life Meds and purchased two products on subscription. One would assume that the monthly subscription would be processed just before the 30 days mark. Wrong! They process each 21 days. Very misleading and expensive! The worst part is that I was out of the country when I saw via email what was happening. I had no one home to intercept the package and there is No WAY to contact a human at this company to help!!! I just came back to two very expensive packages in my mail that were not refrigerated. I don’t get why this should be my problem but apparently I am out both money and the products. Beware!

EXPENSIVE AND HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, GO ELSEWHERE. IF YOU DON’T CARE ABOUT THAT…GO SOMEWHERE CHEAPER.
They say next day delivery online….it is not. It’s taken anywhere from 1 day to 14 days to get my prescription. On top of that, they’re one of the more expensive companies so I’d expect them to have good customer service…they do not. The doctors sometimes respond and sometimes don’t, they’re inconsistent, and every time I ordered from them it has been a headache. It’s never the same. Switching to a different company.
They don’t even have the same consistent blend, sometimes it’s all GLP-1 sometimes it has a mix, they don’t tell you what you’re getting until the order is placed which is also extremely dumb

No notice of subscription renewal
I got a subscription with Good Life meds to get a discount on an order. They do not give any advance notice upon the subscription renewal date or any flexibility to reschedule the prescription delivery. I find this unacceptable in 2025. Surely it wouldn't be that difficult to send out an email 2-3 days prior to remind the patient. Customer service was no help and told me I should have looked at the patient dashboard to see the renewal date.

Confusing and fraudulent auto-renew policies and dangerous medical advice provided by non-physician support staff
After using this service for several months on a monthly basis, I was randomly enrolled in auto-renew with no notice until I received an email my order had shipped. They refused to cancel but said they would contact the pharmacy to hold. Unfortunately that was a lie and order shipped many hours later. Refused to return to sender or issue a replacement. Instead indicated the medication is fine up to 104 degrees which contravenes all other public warnings, and refused to provide supporting documentation. Also failed to mention that the medication cannot be returned to refrigeration once it reaches room temp and instead must be used within 21 days. Fraudulent and dangerous practices stay far away.
