I recently moved and had not changed my address yet when I got a notification that a shipping label has been printed, and my medication would soon be on its way. Brandy was able to cancel the original shipping label and create a new one with my new address on it. I am very appreciative on how kind Brandy was and how easy it was to get the situation fixed.
