I want to specifically recognize Rose Codner from Goodlife. After a lot of back and forth on a complicated order issue, she was the first representative who actually took meaningful action to help me. She listened, understood my concerns, and provided a clear solution right away. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and follow-through really stood out in contrast to my earlier experience. She made me feel like my concerns mattered, and she’s the reason I left this situation feeling heard and supported. If you ever have the chance to work with her, you’ll be in excellent hands.

So, we initially had some issues ordering BUT Kati ,a customer service rep, was always there to help and try to make things right. Sometimes technology stinks but she was ALWAYS there ,promptly, to help, answer questions and get everything figured out! I did deal with some other customer service reps and all were prompt in replying and helpful but Kati went above and beyond!

I did not have any issues with the product I ordered and will order again in the future. The shipping does take longer than anticipated; however, the communication was fast and efficient.

I have used good life meds for a few months and had no issues until now. I placed a 3 month supply and was charged but never received the medication. The only way to contact them is through email so I requested an update after 2 weeks. The responded and said the pharmacy was out of stock and would refund me. The refund was for only a 1 month supply and now are refusing to refund the remaining amount even though they didn't fill the medication. I understand the supply chain issue but they should refund the whole amount. Update: The company reached out after this review and I was able to explain the issue. They issued a refund and apologize for the misunderstanding. It can be frustrating dealing with online companies but I did appreciate the phone to help correct the problem.

My original prescription of tirzepetide worked well but the revised prescription did not work well for me. Customer service contacted me personally and they were very helpful in getting me a product that should continue with my weight loss journey.

Enjoy the service but would like prompting to plug into the portal at the end and time of need for prescription

My experience with Good Life Meds has been great so far. I ordered online on Thursday. By that night I received an email that the doctor had reviewed my record and prescribed 15 mg weekly for 6 months (I was with another provider previously, but they don’t have the 6 month option). On Monday I got a shipment notification, and my meds arrived today (Tuesday). The pharmacy does not ship on Friday, so I think it would have been even quicker if I ordered Monday - Wednesday. The prescription came well packaged in a cooler with 3 ice packs that were still frozen on delivery. The compounding pharmacy they used was Hallandale out of Ft. Lauderdale. I was disappointed that the pharmacy does not use a more concentrated formula for the higher dosage. I am going to have to inject 15 mg per week - 1 and 1/2 syringes full. Not a deal breaker, though. I cannot speak to the quality of the medication. I have heard differing opinions about Hallandale. However, because so many of the big name online telehealth companies use them, I assume they are legit. Overall, a really good experience with Good Life. I would definitely recommend. It’s expensive, but way cheaper than buying the name brand. You might want to stock up now because the FDA is ending the compounding of tirzepatide in a matter or days.

Great customer service. I've been taking tirzepitide now for almost 5 months and have lost 34 pounds!
