I started with Good Life Meds and the process has been anything but smooth
I started with Good Life Meds and they goofed up my prescription last December. I do have concerns when a pharmacy sends you the wrong dosage. Lucky for me, I am a nurse and noticed it. I canceled my membership after this. This did make it right and correct the mistake, but I decided to go elsewhere. After months of text and emails, I thought ok I will go back. First month was fine, but the second month I was trying to cancel due to not be able to get both medications I needed. Even though the website indicated there were four refills left. Their website is very confusing and if you hit the wrong button accidentally, like I did, and let customer service know immediately (within five minutes) they will not cancel your order and state that it is their policy. This is absolutely ridiculous. It was even before my rx was supposed to be filled. The site is incredibly confusing. A bot is their first customer service line and after messaging and waiting for an actual live person they state they can’t help me. I have requested a chargeback through my credit card. There are many easy to navigate online companies to order from, this is not one of them. I should also add then when you ask to speak to a manager you get “it’s after hours” and even though I requested it to be escalated, it was not.
