I must admit many of my initial issues were of my own making. I did not fully understand the dosage measurements, all on me. I went to the Support portal and explained my confusion. The answer came quickly and was easily resolved. Cost is also a concern. Again the support staff directed me towards savings and the saving were significant. Finally, a support staff member gave me a number to call so he could explain the issue over the phone. He was great. I was very surprised but happy to talk to a human being. All in all, my experience has been great and the weight is slowly coming off. Mr. Garner

Good Life Meds does not just auto-ship to you like other companies as they want to check in with you and see how you are doing on your current dose. You may get their voicemail when you call but they call you back within a few minutes. They have great customer service!
