The experience was seamless, easy to follow and understand. I did have a road block along the way to which I then reached to customer service. An agent named Leslie quickly responded and my issue was solved in less than 10 minutes. The process was quick and hassle free. I have been with Good Life for nearly a year. While I find the portal frustrating sometimes, chat team members have always been able to quickly assist. Today I was assisted by Ashlie. I accidentally delayed my next shipment and was unable to get it corrected. I waited less than 2 minutes to chat with Ashlie and she solved my issue immediately.
