They are the worst! Ordered compounded tirz on 3/15, 4 days before the fda was no longer allowing it. They gave me the runaround for a week saying it was sent to the pharmacy. Today being 3/26 they canceled my order stating they couldn’t fill it bc of fda. That is such bs! They shouldn’t have lied to me and I could’ve gotten it elsewhere in time before 3/19. Scammers!!!

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I requested to pause my subscription at exactly 6:03 AM EST when I started my workout at the gym. Somehow, at that exact moment, the prescription was magically refilled. I double-checked my account before pausing, so I know for a fact the refill hadn’t gone through yet. When I contacted customer service, I was told I paused the subscription after the order was processed and that they couldn’t cancel it. No apology, no acknowledgment that this could have been a glitch—just a dismissive response. It honestly feels like an opportunity for another cash grab rather than a mistake. This lack of accountability and poor customer care is unacceptable. If you’re considering this service, beware—pausing your subscription doesn’t necessarily protect you from unexpected charges.

I attempted to order NAD+ injections from this site...several times...each time it said card rejected, use another card. I made sure there was enough money in the account. I even transferred more money into the account from a different account and reattempted the order. 3 days worth of trying (because their delivery estimate was quicker than others') and I finally gave up. I only use one bank account to pay things from (for safety reasons due to so much scamming) transferring money to the account as needed. I do not use credit cards (for same reason). I can not and will not use another card. Of course the only tech support is to call during business hours (EST). I'm in CA and don't really have the time to take from my work day to call you, stay on hold forever, only to ask you to please take my money. Lol. Had there been a responsive chat feature, I would have reached out, but this amount of difficulty in the first interaction is definitely a red flag and I'll pass. Having read some of the other bad reviews about unresponsive customer service, I'm glad my order didn't go through... though I will be watching my account closely now, since the site insisted on saving my card info.

Absolutely terrible! Be aware they don’t cancel your subscription and do not answer on the phone calls. Their e mail gets returned because an e mail address does not exist

I’m pretty unimpressed with this company. And maybe it’s because I’ve used others that this one feels subpar. I ordered B12 and NAD+. The B12 came with syringes and the vials and that’s it. The NAD+ never came. Bummer. So I reach out them asking for doses and asked them to cancel the order for NAD+ since it never came and I order the NAD+ before the B12. I also asked for proper dosages. They quickly replied but only replied to the dosages for the B12. There are so many online companies to choose and I really think this one falls short. Think twice before giving them your money because you won’t get it back.

Ok, so I had ordered the tirzepatide and went through the the 3 months of increasing dosages. I was getting absolutely no results and no change in the way I felt, my diet, etc. I felt like I was being scammed. I asked if they could titer the dose up and they said no. I emailed them several times and they just put me off, like they could do nothing about it, both the support and the doctor. Finally they gave me the name of the pharmacy called Nova in Fort Worth, TX. They did the same. Finally they said they would send me another month's supply. Well, they lied and now everytime I call they just put me on eternal hold. Going to report both companies to the regulating boards. So disappointed!

I don’t know how their average rating is 4.9 stars, but I am extremely disappointed in their service especially there are a customer service. They have zero empathy and willingness to serve their customers and no response from the doctors for several days for these reasons I have canceled my subscription.

This practice switched my medication formula and pharmacy multiple times without informing me beforehand. I only found out after receiving a different formula and experiencing new side effects. This happened more than once - clearly a pattern of poor communication. The bigger issue: you cannot speak directly with a physician or customer service representative. All communication is through chat only, which means no real medical support when you have concerns or need guidance. When I needed answers about these medication changes, I couldn't get a response from an actual doctor. Additionally, my refrigerated medication arrived in mid-summer with completely thawed ice packaging and the medication was beyond warm. When I raised this storage concern, they simply said "it was fine" and had no concerns for a temperature-sensitive medication. Patients should be notified of medication changes BEFORE they occur, not after experiencing side effects. This violates basic physician-patient responsibilities and creates unnecessary health risks, made worse by questionable shipping practices and the inability to speak with medical staff directly. Not recommended - seek providers who offer direct physician access, proper medication change protocols, and reliable cold-chain shipping for refrigerated medications.
