My Tirzepatide was canceled for no reason and sent back to the sender and all I can get from the company are emails saying they will send it and so far nothing, they won't tell me what happened, they haven't sent me any new product and they won't cancel the order either, I strongly believe this is a scam and I'm going to contact my bank because keeping someone's money and not delivering what they promise is a scam. ------------------------------------------------------------- After trying and trying and trying they gave me my money back.

Ordered medication that was never shipped (2 weeks now). First complaint generated 10 messages about my prescription but nothing about the lack of delivery. Second complaint produced conflicting messages about "sending to another pharmacy" and "we expedited it" and promises of "more information in 3-5 days" at which point it will have been 3 weeks since they were supposed to have shipped it. Only after complaining did they tell me that under no circumstances, including their failure to ship, will they refund amounts charged to my credit card since their pharmacist has provided the service of analyzing my order.

There's no actual transparency about how much you will be taking but when you look at the order sequence on their website it's each month is new order. So close to 300$ for the item I was interested in each month .. also if you make an order they tell you, you can't cancel even though it hasn't been reviewed or sent. I changed my mind because I was under the impression it's like 2 months worth of the product... Not a month. I'm so good on that.

I have been on tirzepatide since November 6, 2024. I’ve always received it from a local compounding pharmacy. This is the first time I ordered from a pharmacy online and last time. I’ve been at 50 units a weeks for over 3 months now. They told me to take 29 units (odd number) of theirs each week because theirs is a higher concentration. I am on my third week of their prescription tirzepatide. It has NOT controlled my hunger, my cravings. I feel like I’m taking nothing. Think it’s red dyed water at this point. I sent them messages asking what the difference is with theirs because it is having absolutely no affect on me. Crickets!

They ship you first order timely but future orders will be held up at the pharmacy and not ship causing you to miss weekly injections

They are dishonest about timeframe to receive your medications to get you to sign up and then are unhelpful/unresponsive when the timeframe falls through. I believe they give false timelines at initial consult to encourage people who are eager to initiate the process to sign up.

Took several days for a prescription to be written and over a week later still meds haven't shipped (perishable meds). Customer service just keeps telling me ridiculous answers. Refuse to cancel yet still don't have meds. Have worked with many online providers and never ever had an experience like this.
