This company is a scam. They charged my card on 06/26 and still nothing has come and it is now 07/17. You cant reach anyone so I reported them as fraud to my bank and left another message telling them not to charge my card for another thing.

I moved to goodlife meds for 2025 at 12.5 or 125 units and i am moving away from that unreliable group.. Big disappointment the doctors do not pay any attention to patient questions or their own prescriptions at goodlife. They jumped me from 12.5 to 15 then down to 74 units then 80 units. When I asked them why the drop, no response sent numerous messages and no response . I want consistency, accuracy, and reliability. If you do as well , do not waste your money and time with them. Having a yo yo approach is not acceptable.

This has nothing to do with the product itself. I have been using Good Life Meds for about a year and have been extremely pleased with my results. HOWEVER....Lately, their delivery times have gone to hell. It usually took 3 days to get my meds. Now, I am lucky if I get them in 10 days. They have told me that they have sent the prescription to a pharmacy that doesn't deliver to California. Shouldn't they know this BEFORE they send the prescription to that pharmacy? I have had to email them to ask when I can expect to receive my meds. This is starting to get ridiculous. It used to be easy, now, it's just a guessing game.

Terrible customer service. Cannot reach anyone by phone or email. I have called and left 3 messages and two emails. No response. They have my payment information which is scary but will not respond to resolve and issue. I may have to report my card lost/stolen so they dont keep taking money from me without resolution. Update: they finally responded to me via email and rectified the issue.

Long ago I ordered product and it was fine. I since stopped, never logged in to request a new prescription. Never called or seeked additional product, and all of a sudden they decide to CHARGE ME for a refill, when clearly stated I did NOT have a active prescription, which I believe is Illegal. Cant get hold of them on the phone. STAY FAR AWAY. I believe they arent following legal practices when sending out medication and proper dosage.

I orderd the meds and they have not delivered them. Fake company

This is a very fraudulent company. Send you products that were not approved or asked for. I sent two emails on two different occasions stating to hold the current order (that I DID NOT WANT but refused to refund me even though the order HAD NOT BEEN SHIPPED) and to CANCEL ALL FUTURE ORDERS. They said because they never sent me a CONFIRMATION that I canceled…then that means it wasn’t canceled. Are you kidding me??? How is this company in business?

Absolutely terrible. They pulled money on 6/19 for tirzeptide - similar to others, they have been unable to get me past the processing phase. Multiple follow ups and still nothing!!
