I have been on this for 3 weeks and my appetite hasn't changed and I haven't lost any weight.

Was prescribed metformin for weight loss, that’s not really an effective method of treatment.

I can’t get a chance to talk to anyone

Its been over 2.5 weeks and no medication has been shipped or delivered. I’ve reached out several times for support and received no response. I will never use Good Life Meds again.

I reached out to the doctor yesterday because I had a question about the dosage and it is now 1 o’clock the following day and I have yet to hear back

The meds do not work

*Update* Rose from Goodlife meds contacted me shortly after my review. She was amazing, courteous and very helpful. She corrected the problem by providing the correct meds which i received the next day. I'll definitely be a return customer now. ☆☆☆☆☆ My first order was Tirzepatide 6 months purchased went perfectly. On my second order after answering the questions they sent me 6 months of semiglutide. After many emails the Dr told me there's nothing he can do because the system would only allow him to issue semiglutide. I spent nearly $1500 and they won't do anything to help..I have eat $1500 because semiglutide makes me sick ZERO STARS

Hello - I have signed up for GLM hoping I could get my medication at home and not have to go in person to take my vitamins. They were very quick to take my money and approve my treatment WHEN I got an email on HOW the medication was going to be injected. They are sending me a MASSIVE needle when in the past - I had injected the same medication with a tiny needle. I’ve contacted customer service which has been absolutely NO HELP and meanwhile they have charged me and sent the medication to the pharmacy WITHOUT checking with me before if the method THEY picked was ok with me. There was absolutely NO information prior that such needle was going to be used. It’s been a total of 5 days. The doc is NO WHERE to be found, no one can answer me and now I have a medication sitting in my refrigerator that most likely I will have to trash since none of them can confirm my dosage. Honestly - go to HERS! It’s wild that the doc hasn’t been able to get back to me, customer service is only helpful BEFORE and during taking your money! I am aware that this was a self injected medication but believe me - I did receive any info that it was found to be into my right with a 1.5 inches NEEDLE lol - otherwise I’d have said absolutely NO! I’ve always managed my own injections with a small needle since that’s what I am most comfortable with. No options were given or mentioned before they automatically approved it and now all the answers are: oh well! Nah! HERS is DEF the best option here! PS: customer service just got back to me and said: yeah, docs answer in 24 hours but I don’t know why this is happening Lololol Avoid this place at all cost!
