Dave Schulte was a complete professional throughout the process. He gave us a calming reassuring outline of the advantages of the Reverse Mortgage(a program previously completely unknown to us). He offered several alternatives and pointed out the most advantageous plan for us, pointing out the reasons why we should go in that direction. We were quite skeptical at first(due to our ignorance and also due to our trepidations about our future, but he methodically went about walking us through the areas of concern. when we made our final decision, we felt quite secure we had made the best choice possible for us and would higly recommend Good Life and Dave Schulte to anyone who is in the same situation.
