Thank you for sharing your experience. We are delighted to hear that Kevin made your visit worthwhile and took the time to work closely with you and your husband, Jim. At our store, we believe that education is an important part of the process, and we're pleased that Kevin thoroughly explained the purpose of each support and helped you understand how they work. Most importantly, we're glad to hear that Jim experienced less pain and improved mobility when leaving the store. Your feedback means a great deal to us, and we're honored that you found value in both the experience and the products. We will be sure to share your kind words with Kevin and recognize him for his outstanding service. Thank you for choosing us, and we appreciate the opportunity to be part of your journey toward greater comfort and mobility.
