Lied to! Ripped off! Not worth it the money!

I really needed these to work. They aggravate my plantar fasciitis. Wore them a few hours on a Universal Orlando trip in June & left with blisters. I have tried for to wear these for over 6 months. Don’t work for me.

Tried multiple "adjustments" followed the instructions to the letter. All I ended up with was a $2,400 hole in my pocket. It's one size fits all and if it doesn't work? So sorry, no refunds just store credit on clearly used shoes. Employee smelled of cigarettes and alcohol. No judgement but not exactly reassuring when spending that much money and putting your health at rish

We were one of those customers who had sticker shock when visiting the Good Feet Store. Plus, trying to sell us a pair of shoes and additional accessories besides the insoles. We ended up buying a pair of insoles on Amazon and they are working perfectly in my husband's boots for the back pain the boots were causing. Wish I could give no stars in this review.

No customer service…..told have to meet with original sales person. Nothing listed on the return policy says you have to only deal with the original sales person. That person is off today …..this is ridiculous.

I had an appointment toady at Plainview store today at 1 pm. I went into my lunch hour, after waiting for one hour Josh mentioned me at 2:05 pm that sorry for inconvenience because he was alone in the store he couldn't help me and need to come back with another appointment or he will call me back. He had another patient came in at 1:50 pm so he went to help me asking me to come back with another appointment. This is absolute waste of my time and efforts. I can't believe how this store works with patient coming with appointment. Very unprofessional behavior and would not go back to this store.

I can’t believe there’s people that fall for this place. It’s just amazing how gullible people are. It’s so obvious in the commercials at this place is just a money grab you can go to CVS and get inserts for probably 20 bucks and they even have a machine where you stand on it and I tell you which ones to get or you go to Red Wing who’s been doing it for years seriously don’t fall for their gimmick. It’s just so funny.

Two years ago, I spent nearly $1,300 ($1,289.88 including tax) after being told that their arch support system was highly personalized and specifically designed for my feet. During the appointment, the salesperson was very friendly and spent a considerable amount of time measuring my feet and explaining how these products would improve my condition. Based on that presentation, I purchased: Classic Arch Support – $449.99 Deluxe Leather Support – $489.99 Two Super Athletic Antimicrobial Inserts – $49.98 Two Arch Activators – $39.98 Lock Laces – $9.99 Brooks Adrenaline GTS 23 shoes – $130.00 After wearing these products for two years, I can honestly say they did not provide the benefits I was led to expect. Looking back, I feel the fitting process gave the impression that the supports were custom-made or uniquely tailored to my feet. However, I later realized these appear to be standard, mass-produced arch supports rather than truly customized medical devices. Similar over-the-counter arch supports are available online for a fraction of the price. I want to be clear that my complaint is not about the salesperson. She was courteous, patient, and professional throughout the appointment. My disappointment is with the company's marketing and pricing. I feel I paid a premium for products that did not deliver results that justified the cost. If you're considering purchasing from The Good Feet Store, I encourage you to research all of your options first, including much less expensive over-the-counter arch supports. I wish I had done more comparison shopping before spending nearly $1,300.
