I cannot fault the girls for their salesmanship pitch. I certainly fell for it. I signed the contract (stupid me) and waived the ability of a refund, which is NOT OFFERED!!
After a few days of using the personally fitted"arch supports", which are just different sizes out in the back room, I started to have cramps in the calves which I rarely get. This continued until I removed the support arches from my shoes. I spoke with my chiropractor who suggested removing and consulting with my Podiatrist - I had an appointment with him in a few months.
My Podiatrist was less than complimentary. His words were if he sold a client these so-called supports he would be sued. The best thing for them would be "round file" - in the bin. He also suggested I contact ACCC to try and recoup some of my money.
So, do yourself a HUGE favour. Go to a professional who has spent years at University, and who is qualified and knowledgeable about your feet. Don't fall for the sales pitch like I did.

Why don’t you just tell people upfront…
Why don’t you just tell people upfront your product is going to cost at least $1,200? Total rip-off!

These are extremely expensive…
These are extremely expensive off-the-shelf orthotics. The staff are helpful enough but you can’t get out of the store with corrective inserts in your size for less than $1000. I was in pain, not thinking clearly, obviously.

Worst thing I ever wasted my money on
Worst thing I ever wasted my money on. They do not Taylor them to your needs. Nor do they listen to you when you tell them about your feet. One size definitely does NOT fit all. These people do not know what they are doing.
Go and see a real podiatrist if you have feet problems.
This is a money grab.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - IT'S A SCAM.
Let me start with say the individual staff members were all AMAZING!! During my visit, there were two sales people and one who was training. All of them were kind, respectful and knowledgable. My review is solely on the product, pricing point and corporate, not this individual location.
Now, for the reasons why I gave 1 star. The whole arch support system that is promoted through the Good Feet Company is a huge scam!! They are little pieces of plastic, with varying support (they explain why), and they charge you$1300 for 3 pieces of plastic (the actual support), and 3 sets of soles that don't really do anything (they are meant to provide some comfort). Here is why it is a scam:
1. $1300 for plastic that you can purchase anywhere?!?! I was clearly out of my mind when I agreed to this purchase. Also there are some major design flaws, for example, there is no grip o the bottom of these inserts so they are constantly moving out of place when trying to put your shoes on. It's infuriating.
2. That $1300 only covers ONE arch support system. Because they are at different levels of support, you essentially only get one pair of actual daily arch supports for that amount of money. And if you wear more than one pair of shoes, like most people do, this means you have to constantly move them between shoes, which is a huge hassle, especially with the design flaws. The only BARELY nice perk is there is a lifetime guarantee . Still it's a joke, and not worth all the issues.
3. There are zero returns. Even within the first 5-7 days of purchase, they don't care. They only want your money.
4. CORPORATE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE. Specifically, Arissa, doesn't know how to do her job. The only thing she was concerned about was which store did I make my purchase at. That does not matter since all the stores are selling the same crap, and the staff I worked with were amazing. Secondly, if she knew how to do her job, she could easily track down what store I made my purchase. They have ALL my contact info, i.e. phone, email, address.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. These inserts do nothing more than the $35 inserts you buy at any shoe store. Also, for me personally, I have flat feet and they still don't provide enough support. I regret buying info the gimmick of this company and now I'm out a huge chunk of money, that I really couldn't afford in the first place. This company is disgusting.
Also note, the reviews on their website, are manipulated. They are not honest reviews that anyone can leave. The company filters out any and all of the bad ones. That alone is a huge red flag.

SCAM
I saw their commercials and decided to stop in the Tucson AZ store. I was met by Glenn Reiner the salesperson. He went thru his sales pitch, took a foot imprint, measured my foot and said he would be right back. In a few minutes he came out with my custom arches, pads and tennis shoes to stop my foot pain. When I tried them on I mentioned they were uncomfortable and he said it would take a few days to get used to. Suggested a few hours a day to wear them. I thought if it works then the expense is worth it. 733.00 later I left the store and all Glenn kept mentioning during checking me out was the lifetime warranty and free adjustments. Wednesday afternoon I started to have some back pain. By Thursday afternoon the back pain was significant and I stopped wearing the arches. Friday I had to go get my back adjusted because of the pain caused by the Good Feet Arches. When I was putting everything back in the bag I looked at the receipt and on the bottom in small print is non-refundable. all sales final. Well I decided to go to the store on Monday and return the arches, pads and unopened tennis shoes because their system did not work for me. I was told by the assistant Manager Irene Salas that none of the items were returnable even the unopened tennis shoes. So I am out 733.00. This is a SCAM using PREDATORY SALES PRACTICES so do not give them your hard earned money. If their system worked they would welcome returns in the rare situation that they didn't work. I bet a large number of people find it to be a SCAM. They take advantage of older individuals. They should be investigated and put out of business.

Beware The Good Feet Store practices.
My feet were hurting. I had seen ads on TV for the Good Feet Store. Went in. She took an impression of my feet and came back with some insets. They felt pretty good at first. Days later, my feet were hurting again.. She had set me up with 4 different pairs of inserts to use at different times and 2 pair of socks. By the time I got to the sales counter, she had already charged my VISA card $2,200. without telling me in advance. My stupidity: I signed the Visa slip. All along she would tell this insert and that were about "22" (I thought 22 dollars) I had no idea the bag of inserts and 2 pair of compression socks would add up to $2,200. This scam is on me as well for not more carefully discussing price of each item and looking at the Visa receipt. My big HUGE blunder for being so trusting. Never again. Beware The Good Feet Store!!

This is a horrible business and should…
This is a horrible business and should be shut down. They charged my poor mother-in-law $1,500 and she had polio as a child and has one foot that bends in when she walks. I feel horrible that they suckered her out of this money. There is a no return policy she is out $1,500 and does not have this kind of money to spend on such a fraud of a business.
I did not sleep more than an hour last night I was so upset as I feel so bad for her. These inserts are crap. I'm floored that they are allowed to get away with this. She purchased it and wanted to return them an hour later and we then learned they have a no return policy. Horrible business. I've actually thought about going in front of the store and warning other people from this horrific company in sales tactic. They keep you there for hours and hours and show you videos trying to explain how great their product is and then give you inserts you can buy at Walmart for $15.
Update: I called the store the very next morning right when they opened and begged for them to let her return the inserts she purchased the night before. I spoke with Jasmine who stated she would have the manager, Kristen call me back. It has now been 24 hours and no surprise that I did not receive a phone call.
If you are still on the fence about purchasing products from this place, look up the Better Business Bureau complaints and see for yourself.
