The Good Feet StoreReviews of goodfeet.com

Do not use this store, they are not qualified in what they are doing and are only there to lure people into buying pre-cut plastic insoles. There’s a lawsuit against them and they are under investigation. Please go to the Better Business Bureau website and look up this store, it gives a good picture of what they are.

I went to the good feet store to check on their foot analysis. It came up with issues with my toes and balls of feet. They had me walk around in their three step system....gave me the price breakdowns.... I fell for the scam too....they set me up to apply for the rent to own which I was approved for.....made sure I stayed until it was completed by not letting me leave. I came to find out later that they collect payment at every paycheck since I get paid twice a month. I contacted the rent to own company which are going to help me....I contacted corporate who told me to reach out to the local store. I'm returning them....they don't help at all.

I got caught. Went in to "The Good Feet Store" for a pair of shoes and ended up in horrific pain. I cannot understand why The Good Feet Store has not had the ACCC investigate them. I paid $1600 odd for 3 sets of off-the-shelf plastic, a FREE pair of socks, and joggers that DO NOT fit. I wore them exactly as prescribed by the very friendly but yes pushy salespeople. I ended up not being able to stand for long, they were like walking with pieces of leggo under my arches. Horrible, horrible expensive experience. Be warned - They do not refund. You only find that out after you pay, it's on the tail end of the register receipt, which was folder under and stapled to the information sheet

For the last five years my husband has been wearing his good feet inserts and for the last five years feet and legs have gotten worse plus he is now suffering from Ed. The doctor told him to think back to how it all started and we have narrowed it down to the inserts. He decided to quit wearing them a few days ago but can't tell if that's helpful or not. Just like everyone else our experience with the Clackamas store was high pressure and very little help when we went back to complain

Stay away!! Good feet was an absolute rip off. They charge 1,200 for 3 plastic inserts. The staff is rude and you cannot return them. They do a fitting before they drop the price on you making you feel pressured to purchase now I’m stuck paying payments on these plastic inserts that I could have gotten off Amazon for 30 bucks. Terrible business practice

I wish I had sought reviews BEFORE I made an expensive non-refundable purchase. $1600 and 4 weeks later I still have extreme foot/heel pain. The pain just moved. What a rip-off! Now I'm on the hook for 12 months of payments that I fully regret! DO NOT FALL FOR THE GOOD FEET SCAM. My chiropractor has an actual scanner you stand on that will give a read out where he can order insoles/inserts. I first scoffed at the $200-$300 price tag. What a fool I was. Now I'm going to let him order me some on top of the $1600 I was swindled out of by "good feet"

I fell into their scam. I’m at the point where I just need pain relief. I went in with metatarsalgia in one foot and came out with unbearable plantar fasciitis in both feet. I exchanged and tried different ones 4 times, and my feet have not recovered yet and it’s been 3 months.

My wife and I EACH bought inserts from GF in Glendale, AZ. $3,000 and I took mine back 30 days later because after they "exchanged" them twice my feet and back were worse than ever. I got about 50 cents on the dollar in GF gift cards, which I'll never use because the only thing I could get with them are cheaply made shoes from Vietnam that they sell for $200 a pair. I only wear SAS shoes (made in USA and high quality). My wife suffered with hers for about 6 months and then threw them away! Stay away!
