Honestly this product is worthless I don't know where you got the people on TV to tell those stories, but I had theses insoles for 1 year and they have done nothing for my back pain, this company is a big rip off, I paid over 3 thousand dollars for myself and my wife. Please stay away from this company.

Went to the good feet store in Kennesaw Georgia to change my insert for a different one that the salesman told me would be in the system and just come in and they will change it out …… but instead they told me I had to come back to speak to a manager I asked them why would not give me a reason so I questioned why do I have to come back I paid $1600 for the inserts that have a lifetime guarantee they kept giving me the run around then a taller African American associate offer to take me outside to fight and he works there there were 4 employees and all were totally useless I asked for district manager number would not give it to me worst service ever I am waiting on a call from the district manager before I call corporate and I will be returning them I will not continue to deal with the horrible customer service every time I need to have an adjustment I will never use them again and you should not give them your money with customer service like that

This is the absolute biggest RIPOFF I’ve ever experienced in all my life. The items are NOT even custom made to fit your feet. A REFUND is a total Joke. Any way you go you loose. The experience makes me want to hire an Attorney and create a law suit. This company is a JOKE and needs to be put out of business permanently

The salesperson promised my $1250 investment in their product would reduce the pain I was feeling in my feet. The inserts and shoe actually increased the pain. I returned and was told I could not get a refund. I was given lighter inserts which yielded no improvement after a month of wearing with increased pain. What a horrible product and sales scam. Do not invest in this product.

Beware that regardless of your issues with your feet, gait, posture, leg length imbalance etc.. you will get the same scripted sales pitch. So you have 4 choices: a) depart with about $2500.00, b) about $1900.00 c) about $1500.00 or d) run, walk, or crawl out of there and look for another option!!!

STAY AWAY. Prefabricated plastic soles are used and caused me plantar fasciitis. Marketing model is to use the technique of a salesperson spending one on one time with you, and then once you have been there an hour or so, gives you the price of the 3 insole system. Can't just buy one. STAY AWAY if you do not want to throw away $1200. And no return policy. So if you really want it, just think overnight before buying. Better to go to a podiatrist who will custom make one for you.

Visited the Fairfax store on February 21, 2023. I immediately noticed that no prices were posted, and there were signs advertising "financing available." I met with a salesman named David and made clear to him that I had sprained my foot two weeks prior and just needed something for my right foot to get me through a tennis match the next day. He did some measurements of my foot and then launched in a pre-planned sales pitch about how I should buy their "system" of foot inserts that progresses over several months. I reminded him that I just needed some foot support to get me through a tennis match, and he brought me some thin plastic inserts for my shoes. I tried them and told him they seemed to help my foot a bit. I asked him how much just to buy the two inserts (not their whole "system" of inserts). He said it was $400. I told him I was not going to pay $400 for a couple of pieces of plastic. He then tried to sell me some socks, which he suggested would help my feet. I asked him how much (again no price listed), and he said "probably about $29 or so." (By the way, while he was in the back looking for the inserts, he had me fill out on a tablet all my information about where I lived -- specific address -- what my occupation was, etc. I strongly suspect that the store used this information to decide how much to charge me for this stuff. I left the store without buying anything and got some shoe inserts at the grocery store for $8.99. They work about as well as the little pieces of plastic that The Good Feet Store tried to sell me. Don't waste your money on this place.

I made an appointment at the Good Feet Store in Tulsa - heard the radio ads for a long time. There were two customers in the store. The girl taking care of one told me she would be right with me but I was listening to her talking to the customer she was with. Evidently their plan is $2000 and I was shocked. A guy eventually came out and started talking to me and did the screening - step on a pad to see how your arches are. He was very rushed and condescending. Asked a question then interrupted me. Another customer who had been sitting there when I cam in asked to please get help. Evidently she thought the $2k was too much and just wanted to buy a single insert and asked about any guarantee. The guy said "if you use them 100% they will work 100%". That is when I decided to leave. These may work but be warned of the affordability and not impressed with the sales guy.
