Unfortunately I am also one of the people that has had a terrible experience with the Good Feet store arches. I was desperate at the time to help with my sore legs when I walked. The staff are very well trained. They are well trained in good sales techniques and when it comes to showing you the price and seeing your face drop at the amount ($2,800), they put a guilt trip on you about how much you’ll suffer without them. Do something good for yourself. I now have plantafasciitus caused by these hard arches. I went and saw a podiatrist, which is what I should of done in the first place and now I’m being treated for plantafasciitus and am having specially made arches made for my feet. A lesson well learnt, although a very painful one at that!!!

I went yesterday to a store located in Daytona Beach and I have had 6 total surgeries on my feet: 5 on the left and 1 on the right and will have to have 1 more on the right. Even with the surgeries, my feet hurt me. I went in and the sales person (these are sales people NOT anyone who have gone through any medical training) had me walk over this charcoal thing that's supposed to show how my foot is. I admit this is interesting. Then she had me try each of the 3 different arch supports in a pair of Brook sneakers they sell. The 1st and main support is the Strengthener, which was uncomfortable and the other two were actually very comfortable but both were thin and I did not think they would last long. Of course, you can't buy one of the supports and honestly, thinking about it, it would be cheaper going to Walmart to get the same type of arch support. Of course I heard my saleswoman as well as the sales man who was helping another person give all of us the same spiel and that immediately turned me off. And then the sales pressure began where I was told these supports would mean I would not need another surgery (uh...arch supports do nothing for huge bunions..only surgery does), and how much would I spend on getting relief from foot pain, blah, blah, blah..... and then the price....almost $1800! And that is a $300 discount if I include the sneakers! They are so gracious as well because I could finance it!! Wow! I turned her down and she keep pushing and I kept turning her down. I did however buy the 5 pair of socks (well 4 and I got a pair free) because I really like the socks even though I got the spiel about "socks with a purpose..." They are not worth the $14 price tag foe each pair though. I also ignored my gut and spent $25 on some stuff you rub in when you have a painful joint. I've tried OTC and prescription stuff and nothing works, so...but I should not have gotten it due to the price. Oh..and there are NO refunds and a 20% restocking fee. I made the mistake of reading reviews AFTER I went in and wow!! This company due to their claims and tactics should be fined, sued and no longer in business. How they are still operational is beyond me. AVOID!

My partner has bad knees. After watching a TV commercial from the Good Foot Store he thought he would give it a try. After spending $2,799 after a discount of $392 He found the whole process was a total waste of time and money. If anything it aggravated and made the situation of his knees worse. They were aware of the condition of his knees before we started and they were confident they could help rectify the problem. I would strongly advise anybody to think long and hard before going to the Good Foot Store.

They are scammers! They facilitate a very clever sales pitch and won't give you a price until they basically guaranteed that their product will cure your foot problem. Then the have their hooks in you for the final step-paying WAY TOO MUCH for pieces of plastic that ultimately made my husband's foot issue worse. They slyly drop the receipt in the bag and tell you their return policy is on the receipt. That is where the deliver the ultimate shoddy business behavior--no refunds at all for any reason--period. Their 'arch support specialists' are selling hopes and wishes (that the pain will finally go away) but instead they sold us a bag of s*!%. Now his other foot (that didn't hurt at all before), hurts badly. He developed large callouses where he previously had none. His physician said he never recommends The Good Feet Store because they are pretending to provide a cure which means they are treating people, but without a license. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The last communication we had from the store was that their regional manager would reach out to discuss. We waited a month and never heard from them via phone, email, text or mail. We let the BBB know that they never reached out. Then the BBB decided to close the case saying that "we have determined that the company adequately addressed the issues within the complaint". No resolution, no refund and my husband will have surgery soon. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Good Feet Store Sarasota Don’t fall for their sales pitch, don’t believe what you hear, they expressed how they can fix my heal pain. I tried to return them and would not give me a refund. 8 months and $1400.00 later I’m still in pain. Even my ‘now doctor’ proclaimed the “Good Feet” store tells you what you want to hear they are as bad as car salesmen. I feel ripped off. I hope this post helps people. An absolutely horrible product. The arch supports made my feet hurt even more. After ten years, I’m still trying to recover. It’s a scam from the word go.

I purchased a pair of Brooks shoes from your alliance store in Texas the shoes were hundred and $150 plus tax I was told that I had a week to return the shoes if they didn't work I return the shoes in two days they only gave me $130 back saying there was a 20% stock fee I wasn't told that the representative said I could get a full refund very disappointing I will never purchase anything from the good feet store again in life.

The worst knowledge. Selling you things you don’t need. Worst customer service. Someone told me about Foot Solutions. Heck YES. SUCH A DIFFERENCE. Cost is appropriate. Certified foot specialist. Fair price point. The best place for any issues one has fie their feet. FOOT SOLUTIONS corner of Wurzbach and Lockhill Selma. You will leave not just not happy but RELIEVED.
