They did not work for me. My feet and back are actually worse. I am a low income senior. They cost a whole year of my social security. She also told me that they have a lifetime quarantee. I told her that I have macular degeneration and therefore could not see what I was signing. I asked if there was anything I need to know. She should have told me that they don't give refunds. I did make a formal complaint and got most of my money back. I lost about $400. The manager was very nice and tried to help me. She told me to give it time which I did. I suggest that you consult a doctor because they work for some but not everyone. They are too expensive to waste money.

BIG WASTE OF MONEY, my feet hurt so bad with the insoles. They have rubbed my feet raw! Don't bother buying this false product.

Great shoes, friendly service, but man oh man, do they ever try to scam a customer! They tried to sell me on two small plastic arch supports for $475. You can buy the same thing at CVS for $9.50! Then Good Feet claims the arch supports are life-time warranted, as if that could ever justify the ridiculous cost. Don't fall for it!

My wife's foot pain has largely gone away as a result of using the Good Feet Store inserts, however, the costs associated with the inserts (~$500 per pair) and with the thin shoe liners (~$23/pair, which you can get at Walmart for $3.25/pair) was exorbitant and feels like price-gouging to us. Sure - dumb us for paying it - but...

I have arthritis in my toes and a pinched nerve on the top of my foot. Explained all that to the salesman. Put the insoles into a running shoes and we did a test walk. They felt great! I was assured that if I followed the plan I would feel a benefit in no time and that the insoles would fit in any shoe. Then the shocker!! $1400 for 3 pairs of different level insoles and 3 cushions. With NO refunds! Gulp! But I really wanted to be pain free. They DO NOT fit most of my shoes-if the insoles are in there my foot doesn’t fit or the shoe doesn’t stay on. And even if I wear shoes that they do fit in, 7 out of 10 times by the end of the day I can barely walk my feet hurt so bad. The ONLY time the insoles feel comfortable is in the tennis shoes THEY recommend that I also paid for. And I’m on the hook for $1600.

My wife and I went to the Good Feet store today. The sales guy was very good, knowledgeable, and respectful. We both felt comfortable with the information we received until the price was presented to us. $4200.00. We we almost fell over when we saw it. Sorry, not worth it.

First, the good part. The salesman told us when we came in that the prices of the shoe inserts would range from $150 to $550. He told us that these were not the typical "off the self" inserts and that they were a medical product fitted to one's specific needs. He took the wife's information and where she was experiencing any pain. He then had her step on a pad that made a copy of her footprints. So far...so good. I was expecting that the inserts would be custom-made..but no. He went into the backroom and came out with the three types of inserts in the program. Pre-made and stocked. Much like buying them online would be. Of course, the $550 insert was what he recommended, and it was what felt best for those in the set. A thin, flat, flimsy, neoprene rubber insert was not included which was another $65. A Dr. Schols rubber insert would be less than $10 at Walgreens. Yes, she did buy the firm insert and the floppy rubber to go over it. These are commissioned salespeople; they are not medically trained, and you may do more harm than good to your body. They are not custom-made for your feet. They are EXTREMELY overpriced for what they are.

I bought the inserts about about 2 years ago. They were extremely expensive (about $1300.00). I talked with my podiatrist and he said I shouldn't have bought them at good feet as he could have gotten them for 1/3 of the price. I have been wearing these everyday and have had very little relief. These simply did not work for me and I'm still paying them off. Complete rip off.
