PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE! They exaggerate your condition and have you sign a NO REFUNDS EVER contract! That should have told me everything! Their products are a headache. Not only do you have to move these inserts from shoe to shoe, but what they don't tell you is that they are INCOMPATIBLE with most shoes. Also, the insert pods come off, leave glue in the soles of your shoes, and if they feel they gave you enough of the glue pods, they make you buy them! I told them, you sold these as a one time pay, and you need these to use the inserts, so no fees apply! Unbelievable! I thought it was a shoe store, so tried it. Then I got sucked into their sales gimmick. DO NOT GO THERE! My podiatrist advised they misdiagnosed and there are better and cheaper ways to respond to the needs. AGAIN, DO NOT GO THERE!!

Hi Larry, we’re genuinely concerned to see your 1-star rating, especially after hearing that Bonifacio was patient, informative, and took the time to answer your questions. We’d really like to better understand what happened and where we may have missed the mark.
If you’re willing, please give our Westbrook store manager, Joseph, a call at 207-744-7217 to schedule a one-on-one. We’d appreciate the opportunity to listen to your experience personally, address any concerns, and see what we can do to make things right.

Hard Sell
I told the salesman I needed an orthotics consultation for an orthopedic problem affecting my gait. He insisted the program of alternating shoe inserts would solve my problem and I was impressed by the computer display. I wound up spending thousands of dollars and got no relief. He said nothing to dissuade me that this was orthotics care, which it wasn't

Terrible customer service
Drove all the way from Carpinteria to find a closed sign on the door during normal hours
The sign on the door said “back at 11:45, it was 12:20. I called the number and got a person with an attitude telling me he’d be back at 12:45
I understand being the only person there and needing a break however they need to post it so people don’t drive for a half hour in heavy traffic to get there during open posted hours

SCAM: Just go to an actual podiatrist
I went in to the Middleton, WI store to find an insert to make me more comfortable on the surgery floor at work. I told them I had no issues in any other aspect; fine day to day, no back, hip, or any other pain. They kept talking like I had a lot of problems, which was tip off 1. Classic "I use them and so does everyone I know". I tried some on and told them I didn't feel a difference, they didn't acknowledge it. They didn't ask if I was still interested, just went in the back to grab some off the shelf NOT CUSTOM inserts and gave me a price of about $2,300 dollars after telling me I can't buy just 1 insert, you have to buy the whole system of 4. I should have left right there, but they told me if I wasn't satisfied I could return the product risk free after a trial period, so like an idiot I believed them and tried them out for about 2 weeks. The inserts did nothing, and even made my pain legions worse for the situation I bought them for despite following the instructions the store gave me for a break in period. I went to try and return them and they wouldn't let me, talking in circles about how great they are, how can they get me back into a headspace to keep using them, why did I buy them if I didn't think I needed them, you wouldn't want to hurt an employee's commision would you? Etc. They would not start their listed return process, and I am still fighting with them. Save yourself the hassle, if you want inserts go to an actual podiatrist and you will get actual custom inserts for $350 dollars.

Misrepresented their return policy
Misrepresented their return policy. I was told we could return product for full refund and was deliberately mislead. Now we have store credit at a store that sells nothing useful. Do not recommend
