The Good Feet Store uses deceptive sale's practices to convince customers that their shoes and inserts will solve a host of problems. The shoes are "plain jane" Brooks athletic shoes that are priced around $180, and they include several orthotics that the sales person claims are custom inserts. The program for the shoes and inserts is very complicated and difficult for older people to use, as I can attest with my 92 year old mother-in-law. They do not tell you the price until you have committed to buying the shoes. The pricing is outrageous!! My mother-in-law paid $2,750 on the belief that the shoes would solve her balance problem, only to discover that the shoes did not fit properly when she returned home and she would have to order "no tie" laces from Amazon. The entire objective of the store is to get you to buy the shoes and then when you try and return them, they tell you they are sorry but no returns. Well, of course, there are no returns. They would be out of business if they allowed the shoes and inserts to be returned!! Consult with you podiatrist or other orthopedic shoe stores before visiting the Good Feet Store!!! It will save you money and grief!!

Salesperson used smoke and mirrors when assessing my balance with the arch supports. He had no training but held his arm up to support my back when "pushing" me off balance when on supports. Did not before I was on them. He could not answer how arches corrected boney changes that had already occurred in joints and spine. Bogus

Horrible experience. Never was told that all sales are final until after my purchase and after I was having issues with the product. The sales person and manager are rude and condescending. I do NOT recommend anyone waste their time or money!

Stuck in store for over a hour with a salesman that didn’t know what he was talking about and got angry when I didn’t want to buy the overpriced product. I kept asking how much this all cost and he refused to answer me and just kept on with his sales pitch. When he started talking about financing a thought he was joking, then at the end he hit me with between $1600-$2500. I almost laughed in his face. Then I said “oh, only 19% interest if I finance, thats a good deal”. Then he ask (now he is mad) why I didn’t want to at least by a pair of shoes. SCAM ALERT! How can this place possibly stay in business?

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! This place is a total scam. They have a no return policy, they’ll hassle you to make an exchange or get a store credit. They don’t know what they’re doing and the product is horrible. Go to a pediatrist instead . Customer service never returns calls, they are very unprofessional and a total SCAM!

Don't even go in the store. They hook you on all the fancy stuff, then slap you with a bill for hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Don't think of changing your mind, they don't say this, but you can't get a financial credit, even if you don't touch the product. It's a medical product, and it CAN'T BE RETURNED, except to trade for more of their stuff.
