Jackson was very informative and thorough. He would pause and make sure you understood by asking relative questions to what information he went over. He would also take the time to explain the why behind what he was doing. He also asked if I had any questions or needed more explanations, frequently along the way. I am on my way to happy balanced joints. Being a nurse on my feet I know and understand the importance of proper alignment and the wear and tear it will save on the joints. I am impressed with the company’s mission to not only provide support and relief, but to also retrain and realign the body.

I have been a happy customer for a couple of years. Lately I had a lot of pain in my feet and I was wondering why the arch supports were not working anymore. Wes at Carmel Mountain was very kind and showed me that I needed new sizes for my arch supports because my feet have changed. I am very impressed with all the tools they have to measure your feet. Awesome customer service!

I really appreciate the teams at both Fairlawn and Canton - they are always super helpful. My foot pain is so much better after using supports and the GF cushions.
