Don't waste your money on The Good Feet Store. I visited in July 2024 for plantar fasciitis relief. After spending over $1,000 and going back for re-fitting 3 months later, I am still suffering with pain in both feet (now Feb 2025).

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCTThe fact that they pressure you to buy…
The fact that they pressure you to buy and that they don't accept returns is a BIG RED FLAG.
DO NOT BUY FROM GOOD FEET.
it is a scam. They do not work and the fit is subpar. If you're spending $2500 ,they better fit like a glove. They don't.
DO NOT BUY FROM GOOD FEET

I went to the Gainesville Florida…
I went to the Gainesville Florida watched the sales person take a cheap pair of arch supports from a box and a 75.00 pair of “walking shoes” from the back room. I tried them and listened to the sales pitch then the outrageous price of 1800 dollars for less than 100 dollars of product you can get anywhere. So sad these scammers are allowed to dupe the unexpected public.
Fortunately I did not purchase. That big a price is one that anyone should wait at least 10 days before committing to so clear thought can be given. I think if you get out of the store and away from the sales pitch you likely will not buy.

Arch and foot pain
I have had issues with my right foot for several years so I went to the Good Feet store in Shrewsbury. I worked with Henry who claims that the Good Feet soles would help towards fixing my problem. I asked him if they did not work for me could I return them for a refund. His answer was yes and I asked if they work for everyone. His answer was they do not. Based upon that assurance I purchased the soles and used them as prescribed. I returned a few months later and complained that they were not making any difference. He suggested I try a less aggressive sole which I then tried for several months. I returned to the store in Shrewsbury to request my money back as there was no difference in my discomfort with the ones Henry gave me in June. A different employee at the time told me that I needed to speak with the store manager to receive a credit. I made contact with Ms. Nickerson providing a picture of the soles per her request. I then was told that corporate would make a decision on the issue. Two weeks later they responded saying I had altered the soles which was not true, and no refund would be made. Both my chiropractor and my licensed physical therapist agreed that the soles were not the correct remedy for my foot and showed me why they didn't work. Apparently, the soles were flexing and not supporting my arch. I then proceeded to contact the corporate office who refused to provide the name and address of the franchisee so I could file suit in small claims court and have the court decide on the return for a refund. This is not only a deceptive company but no one that works there is qualified to provide medical or professional advice for feet issues. The soles are by far the most expensive soles on the market even more expensive then professionally formed soles from a Podiatrist. Basically, they are very dishonest and morally corrupt people selling a product with no ability to return their product that doesn't help or relieve your foot pain. It is my hope that people with foot issues will read this before they purchase this product.

Costly mistake
Almost $2000 spent with no chance of money back is a crazy amount of money to spend on something that may or may not help your feet. It didn't help mine! I should have gone to a Dr. first for my foot pain.

Don't waste your money
This store is insulting: they let you stand on parchment paper to assess balance and back pain.

Over 2 months I experienced much more…
Over 2 months I experienced much more pain than when I came. I had to go to a chiropractor and a massage therapist to relieve pain. My ankle swelled up, my back hurt, my calf muscles got super tight and my knee ached. I tried 3 different orthotics before giving up. On two occasions they forgot to follow up. I eventually returned the products $ 1,800 worth and didn’t return the socks that went over the orthotic. A sock sleeve that was probably worth a dollar (they charged me $36 dollars for 3) Go to a podiatrist not here.

SCAM!
SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!! Wish I could give a Negative Star review! After seeing TV Ads, we decided to visit the Lancaster, PA store. After about 15 min of the pitch, my husband said, "we can shorten this conversation by you telling me the cost". Zach said anywhere from $100-$500. That was the range we thought it would be. After another 15 min, the real cost was revealed, $2,099.00! We said, "you said $100-$500." his response," it's per pair, it's a 3 pair set". We said, "no you didn't say per pair! They also include 2 pairs of socks, insole covers & a foot massager the size of a body scales (something that's not necessary). Zach got defensive when my husband said it was a rip off! We walked out before we could get roped in to this SCAM, wasted 30 min of our time! also remember, they are not Doctors. However, the Brooks shoe they used to demonstrate were comfortable. Suffice it to say, we went to DSW & bought the same pair of Brooks shoes for far less than if we bought them from The Good Feet Store.
Save yourself, don't visit The Good Feet Store!
