High pressure sales pitching. At the end finally admitted you can use your own shoes instead of their product. 3 step inserts are ridiculous. No refunds no returns. You're stuck with their crap. Would not recommend going through the phony processes...pure bullshit. STILL WAITING FOR A CALL.. disreputable company.

I have been using Good Feet inserts for approximately one year, using the “maintainers” only. I have found the “trainers” to be very uncomfortable; my feet do not want to conform to them. The “relaxers” are useless. The greatest benefit has been the encouragement to walk regularly. However, I feel the inserts are outrageously, extraordinarily, exceedingly overpriced. Buy some Dr. Scholl’s inserts instead and save your money. I am still trying to find a replacement for the little “socks” that fit over the inserts. Any ideas?

The sales person encouraged me to try the inserts in the store. She showed me how they helped my balance. APPEARS TO BE AN EXCELLENT PACKAGE. Then she stated that they had a $38 per month payment plan. I asked her how much the package cost. She said $1800!!!! Whoa She would not sell me individual inserts.

Both my husband and mom bought inserts at The Good Feet Store. I waited a few months to write this review. Here’s the thing: this place is run like a time share company. The employees are most certainly working on commission and have been very well-trained to deliver their tightly-controlled pitch. From the moment you make an appointment or walk in, you are part of a carefully choreographed campaign to part you from $2000. That’s right: there are three packages and the cheapest is $2000. So the positive reviews you read online? These are from people who need to convince themselves that their $2000 investment was worth it. And I don’t blame them. When you are seeking pain relief, when you are looking to make the most basic of functions, walking, easier on yourself, you will do and pay a lot. The Good Feet Store has positioned itself as having a magic bullet. They told my mom the inserts would “cure” arthritic pain and my husband that his damaged knee would no longer hurt. Months later, of course, none of those things happened. And there are no guarantees and no refunds. Do the inserts help? Sure. Would custom inserts from a podiatrist work as well? Absolutely. And they would be a heck of a lot simpler. The Good Feet design involves multiple Inserts that must be changed at certain times of day after a certain number of hours. There is absolutely nothing to justify this enormous expense.

My feet feel very little improvement. I was desperate for my feet to feel better. There was very little improvement for $1500. And the insoles they sell junk, they only last for a month or two then have to pay $50 a pair for new ones. I put the original insoles from the shoes in and already got 4 months from them and are still in great shape. I feel I was taken advantage of because I'm i in pain. They need new insoles that aren't so cheap. If there's any way you are willing to make this transaction right contact me through email.

i went to the store in montgomery al. they where very nice, very quick, and helpful. my problem isnt with the staff at all it is with the company themselves. i spent 2500.00 on these and i cant use them. they make my feet hurt worse then they did before. there is no return policy, which means u are stuck with product u cant use and dont want. the owner of this company knows they must get alot of returns to have this a policy. i make 12.00 a hour and for this company to just take my money that took me years to save is just awful. i was in desperate need of relief and they took advantage of my pain and need. please do your research before going into good feet

I've been having feet issues so my husband convinced me to go to Good Feet since he kept seeing their commercials. We didn't research ahead of time and were sucked into the sales pitch. Shocked that a three set system of insoles came to $1700! Bought it anyway and the buyer's remorse set in quickly. I will give the store some credit for being responsive to my concerns. But one re-fitting and 2 weeks later, it was clear I made a big mistake. My feet would burn all over after wearing them for a few hours and I was developing other issues in my feet. After reading how difficult it is to get a refund, I booked an appointment with my doctor and asked for a letter stating she recommends against me using the inserts and requests that the store refund me. Immediately took the letter to Good Feet and they processed the return. The worker said that she was grateful I knew what I was doing and asked to send the letter on to corporate since they don't normally approve refunds. All in all, it wasn't the worst experience for me. And the workers there were always professional and friendly. I just think the high pressure sales, exorbitant prices (doctor says the inserts aren't custom and shouldn't cost $550 each), and a no-refund policy not clearly stated shows they have shady business practices. My aunt and uncle wax poetic about their inserts from Good Feet (heard this after the return) so I can't say it doesn't work for other people. Maybe buying one set of maintainers could work well for someone but the three step system is unnecessary according to most podiatrists (from what I've read).

First off, I attended a presentation and bought the inserts on a cruise ship in December. I was told at the time that I could go to any Good Feet Store for warranty claims. After religiously wearing them for almost four months with underwhelming performance I decided to visit a Good Feet Store to see if I had been given the correct insoles. I brought both pair that I had purchased onboard with the idea that the store would reanalyze my feet. They did not. They asked for my phone number to find my account, which they did; so far so good. Then it went south. Not only did they not reanalyze me, they took the insoles in the back and came back and told me the ship vendors are a different contract, called the insoles accessories, and any warranty could not be covered by The Good Feet Store. Then they offered me a free fitting in an attempt for me to try the products they do sell. I refused and walked out.
