I was very skeptical last November 2024 as a last resort before surgery for plantar fasciitis. I went into the store. I thought it was all pricey. Kind of pushy but they have a 60 day return policy if not satisfied I thought well why not so after like I think it was $2000 if not more and I bought the entire set of plantar fasciitis insoles and socks. They told me to give them the full 60 days. I did exactly what they said And lo and behold my feet improved not only that now after 7 months of wearing them just as they’ve told me to religiously doing everything, they told me to do my plantar fasciitis that I’ve suffered with for five years and nearly had to have surgery is now really nearly completely gone. I still continue with them and I hate to say it it’s high price but so is surgery which is not guaranteed to work and I would highly recommend them. But you just dedicate yourself to their program! Best money I ever spent!!!

Jay was so professional and knew his product so very well. It was just expensive for us and he was honest about that the price.

I found out that I had a heel spur, it was so painful I could not walk without pain. The doctor said "rest, ice and ibuprofen. That was a bandaid, and I didn't want to do that the rest of my life, I'd heard about the good feet store and decided to give it a try. 3 weeks later and I'm mowing my yard again!! And, I have no pain! I agree that it's overpriced, for sure, but it sure beats sitting around!! Plus having these inserts, my back pain has lessened! I sure am pleased!

Steve spent a long time with me explaining the different insoles and having me walk to experience the difference between the shoes I normally wear and shoes with the insoles. He was very polite and helpful and did make a lot of sense and even promised to follow up as I was unable to agree to purchase

When I entered the store I was greeted as royalty and felt very welcome. Then Scott expained the product and it's history. We then went to the pocess of trying the phases of what I need. The time we spent doing this he explained ever phaset of the product. I felt very comfortable when I left the store. He also gave me a shedule for at home. Scot is A-one at what he does

I visited the Midlothian, VA store. It had been a very long time since I last visited the store. Tamara was very professional and caring. I felt it was time revisit the store because for some time I was dealing with foot and back pain. This is no commercial, I really felt a difference in trying them on, no foot or back pain. I felt balanced. Yes, I admit, the price hit me hard. I thought I spent that much in shoes and other things, why not spend that much for pain relief. They actually work. I have not had any back or foot pain and can stand for very long periods. I even joined a walking group and can endure the walk without issues. I would pay it again. It feels great to walk and stand without pain.
