Friendly and helpful
Both David and Sam were extremely friendly and helpful. All questions answered in a simple way. As with all sales people, they wanted to "up-sell" their various products, but absolutely no pressure to do so. Admittedly, it's expensive, but if it keeps you upright, aligned and pain free for good, it very well could be worth it for you. They set you up with Care Credit if needed and the product is also HSA approved.

Michael Gold at the Good Feet Store in…
Michael Gold at the Good Feet Store in Novi, took the time to educate me about their products and how they could benefit me. He explained how proper support can improve my balance, posture, and overall body structure, while also helping my feet feel more comfortable. I truly appreciated that he took the time to answer my questions without any pressure. It was an informative and positive experience at the store.

Kelly was wonderful
Kelly was wonderful. She is patient and very knowledgeable. I went to the store 15 minutes before closing and she didn’t make me feel rushed. I was there until 5:30 and didn’t know the store closed at 5:00 until I left and noticed the sign on the door. Excellent customer service!

Highly recommend for feet and back pain!
Great experience figuring out which supports worked best. I could feel the pain work away almost instantly as I tried the different sets. Shoes felt really comfortable and would highly recommend
